About Us
We operate multiple fast-growing ecommerce brands and are looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our email campaigns and automation flows.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can design high-converting emails, build them directly in Klaviyo, and create lifecycle flows that consistently drive revenue.

Role Overview
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage the full email marketing process across multiple brands:
 

• Promotional campaigns
• Automated flows
• Email design and production
• Optimization and growth

You will work closely with our team to execute campaigns that increase customer retention, conversions, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management

• Design and build promotional email campaigns inside Klaviyo
• Plan weekly and monthly campaign calendars for launches, sales, and offers
• Segment audiences for targeted sends
• Schedule, test, and deploy campaigns with strong attention to detail
• Monitor performance and optimize based on results

Automation & Flow Development
Build and manage high-converting flows such as:
 

• Welcome Series
• Abandoned Cart
• Browse Abandonment
• Post-Purchase Upsell/Cross-Sell
• Winback Campaigns
• VIP/Loyalty Flows
• Seasonal & Holiday Campaign Flows (Black Friday, Christmas, Summer Sales, etc.)

Optimization & Growth

• Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, timing, and offers
• Improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per recipient
• Continuously update flows to maximize lifecycle revenue
• Identify new automation opportunities across the customer journey

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong ecommerce email marketing background
• Proven ability to design professional, high-converting emails
• Experience with segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong organizational and execution skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Conversion-focused copywriting ability
• Experience scaling email revenue for DTC brands
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design and creative direction of digital platforms
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI standards
• Mentor designers and contribute to improving design processes
• Support user research and usability testing
   

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Full-time availability
• 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in a senior or lead role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product design
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with modern design tools 

• Experience working with international teams

   

  Project Tech Stack (must be comfortable across all):
  - Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript (ES6 modules), Vite
  - i18n: i18next, multi-locale URL routing
  - Backend: Node.js, Express, Axios, dotenv
  - Architecture: route/controller/service layered backend
  - Infra: Nginx (reverse proxy, subdomains, redirects), Let’s Encrypt/SSL
  - Containers: Docker, Docker Compose
  - CI/CD: GitHub Actions, SSH/rsync-based deploys, DigitalOcean
  - Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, webhook integrations
  - Version control/process: GitHub PR workflow (staging/main, rebase-based flow),

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years hands-on JavaScript full stack (Node + vanilla JS).
  2. Strong in Vanilla JS debugging (not only React/Next abstractions).
  3. Experience integrating third-party payment APIs and handling redirect/3DS flows.
  4. Solid Express API development + validation/error handling.
  5. Practical Nginx knowledge (routing, proxying, domain/subdomain behavior).
  6. Docker + Linux CLI fluency.
  7. GitHub Actions CI/CD experience.
  8. Comfortable with production troubleshooting (logs, network calls, env configs).
  9. Experience with localization/multi-locale behavior in web apps.

  Nice-to-Have:
  - Adyen/PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay direct experience
  - DigitalOcean experience (Using vps, firewalls setup, selfhosting)
  - E-commerce funnel/upsell flow experience
