We are an ambitious IT company that develops innovative solutions for businesses across various industries. We are seeking a motivated QA Lead who can effectively implement the best quality assurance practices to help us build and deploy successful IT products.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide effective leadership for the QA team, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation. 
• Optimize and oversee testing processes, including quality monitoring, defect management, and test activities. 
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality standards. 
• Introduce modern approaches and tools to enhance testing efficiency, including both manual and automated testing. 
• Participate in the recruitment process for QA team members. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to integrate testing at all stages of product development. 
• Define testing methodologies, covering both manual and automated testing. 
• Prepare reports on testing results, analyze defects, and identify key trends. 

Requirements: 

• Experience in a leadership role as a QA Lead. 
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
• Expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of testing processes, including manual and automated testing, API testing, web and mobile platform testing, as well as functional and regression testing.
• Experience in performance testing, system performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and evaluation of system resilience under high load conditions.

About us:
A modern real-time platform is currently in development, focused on delivering rich audio and video communication features. The backend is partially built with Go. We’re looking for a full-time Go developer who will take ownership of core backend services and contribute to the integration of our real-time communication layer.What you’ll do:
 

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Go
• Integrate and manage our LiveKit infrastructure (self-hosted)
• Implement features like room management, token generation, and participant control
• Build internal APIs (REST/gRPC) for client apps (web, mobile)
• Optimize performance and reliability of audio/video features
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams

Requirements:
 

• 2–4 years of professional experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
• Experience building and maintaining REST or gRPC APIs
• Familiarity with JWT, authentication flows, and session management
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience working with Docker and writing maintainable Go services
• Ability to read documentation and work with third-party SDKs (e.g., LiveKit Go SDK)

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with LiveKit or any WebRTC-related project
• Knowledge of media server concepts (SFU, signaling, TURN/STUN)
• Previous work with event-driven architecture, pub/sub, or message queues
