Base requirements: 
- Experience with PHP 8.0+ 
- Strong knowledge of Laravel framework 
- Experience of building highload scalable applications 
- Experience with SQL (MySQL), query optimisation, joins, shading, denormalisation 
- Experience with in-memory storage and caching 
- Experience with asynchronous communication queues/messaging/RPC (RabbitMQ) 
- Experience with full text searching (Elasticsearch) 
- Async handling of requests (using background tasks, queues) 
- Basic understanding of Linux CLI and Docker 
- Debugging, profiling, optimisation of PHP code - practical experience 
- Experience in writing unit tests

Will be a plus 
- REST API - design and implementation, OpenAPI (Swagger) 
- Experience with Node.js (WebSocket) 
- Knowledge of Clean architecture/TDD/DDD 
- Experience with compression photo and video files

Responsibilities: 

• Provide effective leadership for the QA team, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation. 
• Optimize and oversee testing processes, including quality monitoring, defect management, and test activities. 
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality standards. 
• Introduce modern approaches and tools to enhance testing efficiency, including both manual and automated testing. 
• Participate in the recruitment process for QA team members. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to integrate testing at all stages of product development. 
• Define testing methodologies, covering both manual and automated testing. 
• Prepare reports on testing results, analyze defects, and identify key trends. 

Requirements: 

• Experience in a leadership role as a QA Lead. 
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
• Expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of testing processes, including manual and automated testing, API testing, web and mobile platform testing, as well as functional and regression testing.
• Experience in performance testing, system performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and evaluation of system resilience under high load conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish effective collaboration within the team. 
• Understanding and ability to use tools such as requirements tracking matrix, test plan, test strategy…
• Ability to identify and resolve technical and organizational issues in testing processes, with strong analytical thinking.
