We are developing a next-gen social networking platform and looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join our core product office. In this role, you will take ownership of business analysis processes, lead the BA team, and play a key part in shaping product features from concept to release.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts;
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to define and refine feature flows;
• Drive the process of collecting and structuring requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
• Create and maintain clear and structured BRDs, RFCs, and other product documentation;
• Align business requirements with product strategy and technical capabilities;
• Ensure delivery consistency and control over task execution across the analytics and product teams;
• Collaborate daily with the design, development, and QA teams;
• Support and evolve business analysis standards within the company.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis;
• Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements;
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling BA processes in a product environment;
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills;
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in social media, communication platforms;
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, Figma;
• Background in systems analysis or product ownership is a plus.
