We are currently looking for an experienced 3D visualizer. To work on projects with our Senior Visualizers team. You will be working with a variety of interior and exterior projects, from architectural orientation to industrial visualization (we work with startups that Elon Musk tags on Twitter)

What to do:

• Work closely with the PM to shape and execute project goals.
• Be within the time frame of the tasks
• Mentoring to improve the skills of a junior 3D artists.
• Participate in internal and external 3D art competitions
• Create photorealistic visualizations and animations in accordance with the company’s quality standards

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a 3D artist in an architectural company, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in small and medium-sized teams
• Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona, V-ray
• Experience in modelling, texturing and rendering complex interior scenes.
• Good understanding of lighting, color and scene composition and experience in architectural animation
• Strong attention to technical and artistic details
• Strong communication skills
• Portfolio
• English language level from intermediate to advanced

It will be a big bonus if you:

• You have experience using Archicad or similar software
• Have an art or architecture degree
• Are able to make physical animation in 3ds max
• Have experience in UE4

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in creating high-quality 3D animations for various projects, including architecture, interior and product animation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine 3D animations for architectural visualizations, interior designs, and product demonstrations using 3Ds Max.
• Use Adobe After Effects for compositing and enhancing animations as needed.
• Assist in developing storyboards and animatics to plan and visualize animations.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance and meet technical specifications.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve animation quality.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, techniques, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong appetite for rapid learning and a proactive approach to exploring new ideas and methods
• Basic understanding of animation principles and techniques (e.g., timing, spacing, and movement).
• Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D animation work, particularly in architecture, interiors, or product animation, is required.
  
  Would be a plus:
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
• Knowledge of architectural design and visualization techniques.
• Experience with modeling and texturing for architectural and product design.

We create beautiful renders for our clients. We are an international startup with a focus on producing content. We pride ourselves in the quality of rendered media we produce, and in our creative and proprietary software that brings them to our clients' customers. Creativity, art and challenge are parts of our daily routine.

We are actively increasing the number of ongoing projects. Last year we completed more than 100 projects, and we want to increase the number this year. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who will help our company and the PM team not to burn out on deadlines.

It will be a huge plus for you if you:

• Had experience in project management in one of the areas (design, marketing, architecture)
• You worked as/with a visualizer / 3D Artist
• You worked with rolling deadlines projects (from 1 week till 2−3 month)
• Have experience in customer communication;

• You are not afraid of problems and difficulties — you see them as challenges that need to be done.

   

What do you need to implement projects​​​​​​​​:​​​​​​​

• Experience in Agile/Kanban
• Implemented at least 5 projects;
• Work experience in software on a daily basis Favro and Slack (alternative to Jira and Asana)
• Worked with small teams up to 10 people;
• Competent to lead the team and take own responsibility;
• Fluent in spoken and written English for interaction with international stakeholders. 100% of our projects are international;

• Ability to work uninterrupted despite blackout from 9:30 — 18:30 (from coworking or having alternative sourses of energy like generator, powerstation etc.)

   

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of international projects;
• Coordinating team members, client representatives and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
• Oversee the quality of 3D renders and ensure they meet established standards, with particular focus on lighting, composition, and texture realism;
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time 3−5;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (tables, reports, to-do lists, etc.)

• Solving any sudden emerging issues on the project.
