About the Product

The UI is 90% complete, and we’re looking for a skilled developer to help us bring the product to market.

Your Mission

• Finalize and polish the mobile app built with React Native
• Optimize and extend backend functionality using Node.js
• Work with MongoDB to manage user data and content
• Integrate or enhance AI voice technology
• Collaborate with designers and the product team for smooth delivery

Required Skills

We're currently developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an advanced AI agent and are looking for a skilled Python/Data Engineer to support core backend logic and data workflows.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines in the context of LLMs and AI agents
• Collaborate directly with the AI Architect on PoC features and architecture
• Contribute to scalable, production-ready backend systems for AI components
• Handle structured and unstructured data processing
• Support data integrations with vector databases and AI model inputs

About the Client

Join a large, forward-thinking organization with 4000+ employees, undergoing a major digital transformation. The company recently rolled out a complex Oracle ERP cloud-based system, and is now looking for a transformation expert to bridge the gap between technology and people.

Your Role

As an IT Transformation Consultant, you’ll be the key person helping internal teams adopt and efficiently use their new Oracle ERP system. You’ll act as the bridge between tech and operations, guiding users, gathering feedback, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth adoption across departments.

You’ll work closely with 400–500 internal system users, from multiple departments, to drive change management, digital product education, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees and teams in understanding and using the Oracle ERP Cloud system
• Run user onboarding, training, and adoption support
• Translate business processes into technical flows and vice versa
• Lead feedback loops between departments and the ERP team
• Support ongoing change management and user satisfaction

About the Client

A Danish digital platform, built on a custom Laravel-like framework, with over 6 years of development history. The company is in an active transition phase, building an in-house team locally, but currently needs reliable external development support to maintain and enhance the product.

You’ll be stepping in to help fix bugs, implement minor features, and maintain technical documentation, playing a vital role during this transition.

Your Responsibilities

• Fixing bugs and working on small to medium development tasks
• Implementing changes and new features in the existing platform
• Helping maintain and improve platform documentation (in English)
• Working independently while communicating clearly when help is needed
• Reporting blockers and progress regularly

• Collaborating via tools and documentation already established with the team

About the Project:

Legal IT is transforming how businesses access legal help. The platform includes:

You’ll be contributing to the ongoing development of this product in a fast-paced, user-focused environment, working closely with product owners and technical leads.
