We’re looking for an ambitious Chief Business Development Officer/Chief Revenue Officer who will be responsible for scaling our revenue and expanding our reach. This key role will drive business growth by securing high-value partnerships and unlocking new market opportunities within the rapidly evolving crypto space.
🚀What You’ll Do:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the development and execution of a revenue-focused business strategy to significantly scale our market-making operations and overall revenue generation.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Establish strong relationships with key players across the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, DeFi platforms, institutional investors, and other strategic partners, to drive growth and increase market liquidity.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring TripleOne’s market position remains strong. Your efforts will directly impact revenue by securing new clients and optimizing the value of existing relationships.
- Lead and Inspire the Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. You’ll cultivate a results-driven culture focused on exceeding revenue targets.
- Client Experience & Retention: Maximize Client Lifetime Value (LTV) by driving high satisfaction and engagement levels. Your role will be key in ensuring high client retention and loyalty, fostering long-term business relationships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and partnership effectiveness, and report regularly to the executive leadership team on progress.

- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role within the crypto, fintech, or financial services sectors. A background in crypto market-making or trading is a strong plus.
- Proven Success: A track record of driving revenue growth, securing high-value partnerships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a business development team. You’ll know how to motivate teams, set ambitious goals, and drive results.
