💼 What You'll Do

1. Lead & Execute the Marketing Strategy

- Own and shape the go-to-market and growth strategy for The One
- Identify key channels (influencers, communities, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, email, etc.) and build scalable campaigns
- Develop a data-driven marketing plan, budget, and KPIs

2. Content & Brand

- Create and oversee high-quality, crypto-native content (threads, memes, explainers, etc.)
- Adapt messaging for different audiences across platforms
- Grow brand awareness in both niche and mainstream crypto circles

3. Community & Partnerships

- Scout and secure partnerships with key players: influencers, launchpads, media, and protocols
- Organize joint events, campaigns, and media activations
- Represent The One in Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and online/offline events

4. Analytics & Optimization

- Track key marketing metrics, user acquisition cost, conversion, retention
- Test and iterate on messaging, creatives, and funnels
- Work closely with product and BD teams to align growth with product roadmap

- 3+ years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing (must-have)
- You *understand the culture*: memes, alpha chats, KOLs, and CT dynamics
- Proven track record launching or growing crypto products
- Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign management, CRM, and influencer marketing
- You can think strategically and execute tactically
- Great communication skills and fluent English (B2+)

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and investors within the crypto/DeFi/Web3 ecosystem
• Qualify prospects based on ideal profiles (funds, DAOs, protocols, exchanges, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and BD teams to support outreach and campaign strategies
• Manage lead databases and ensure CRM is clean, structured, and up-to-date

Looking for a passionate Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to create impactful designs in DeFi? 🎨

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team and contribute to creating user-centered, visually stunning designs for DeFi applications. If you want to enhance your skills and work on innovative blockchain projects, we want to hear from you!

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Create visually compelling design solutions that effectively communicate client messages and elevate the user experience.
• Work autonomously to deliver high-impact designs while occasionally collaborating on advanced design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with customers, PMs, and development teams to understand requirements and execute design deliverables.
• Created and maintained UI kits for projects, ensuring consistency in design across all platforms.
• Produce high-quality branding elements, including logos, corporate identity materials, and print-ready assets (e.g., business cards and brochures).
• Create and test interactive prototypes (using tools like Adobe After Effects, InVision, Figma, etc.) for both web and mobile applications.

• Design for responsive and adaptive layouts, ensuring smooth experiences across different screen sizes (including mobile versions for Android/iOS).

   

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 year of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• B1 English level – able to read and understand project documentation and collaborate with international teams.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of apps for animation.
• Familiar with branding, corporate identity, and the creation of design assets like logos, stationery, etc.
• Experience in mobile design, with a solid understanding of the requirements for Android/iOS apps.
• Ability to create UI designs for mobile and work on large projects, offering and defending your design ideas.

• Ability to create animation for micro-interactions using tools like After Effects, Principle, or InVision.

• Experience working on DeFi or blockchain projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.

As the SMM Manager at DeXe, you will oversee the entire social media content lifecycle, from strategic content planning to the creation of both short and long-form content that communicates the value of our product, educates audiences, builds brand awareness, and drives engagement within the web3 ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), exceptional English writing skills, a good grasp of social media platforms, strategic planning abilities, and operational efficiency.

Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a social media content plan that positions DeXe as a market leader. Align content strategies with company goals and target audience needs. 

Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce compelling social media content that effectively communicates complex information. Utilize storytelling techniques to create content that is both informative and captivating. 

Market Analysis & Adaptation: Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market narratives. Continually analyze metrics to identify growth strategies. 

🌟Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a SMM Manager/Content Manager role at a tech startup in the DeFi industry, supported by a portfolio showcasing accomplishments
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, and proven experience in creating high-quality tweets, reels, explainer threads, and memes. 
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Strong storytelling skills with a strong command of English grammar. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
