We are looking for a skilled Unity VFX Artist to create optimized, readable, and stylized combat effects for a 3D low-poly shooter built for Unity WebGL.

This is a performance-critical role focused on character-based VFX for a heavy infantry unit (“Friendly Soldier 3”) using a Gatling machine gun. The game is fast-paced and requires effects that are clear, efficient, and visually strong without creating noise or performance issues.

🛠 Technical Requirements

Engine: Unity (WebGL build)
System: Unity Particle System (basic modules only)
 

📦 Deliverables

• One prefab per effect (pooling-ready)
• Clean hierarchy and naming
• Texture atlases / flipbooks
• No unused shaders or materials
• Optimized and tested in WebGL

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience with Unity Particle System
• Experience optimizing for WebGL or mobile
• Strong sense of timing and readability in combat effects
• Able to work within strict performance constraints
• Understands gameplay-first VFX design
