US Company is searching for a couple of Agile Scrum Masters into a complex, enterprise-level project for building sophisticated Agentic Systems, Adaptive RAG engines, capable of autonomous research to solve complex, real-world problems. Brief project description:

• The product is SaaS, which allows multiple functions for sustainability & operational risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the squad coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
• Conduct training for establishing Agile fundamentals in software development teams.
• Introduce new techniques for retrospectives to keep teams energized and improving.
• Coach leadership and teams in identifying and removing impediments to delivering quality products.
• Lead Agile workshops for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders.
• Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them.
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
• Able to coach our Agile teams in Root Cause Analysis sessions.
• Able to run and coach Agile Product leaders in value mapping sessions.
• Supporting and educating Product Owners, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Required skills (must have):

• Scrum/Agile master - 5+ years, preferably on enterprise level projects
• Experience in playing the Agile Coach role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Being main facilitator of different Agile games/workshops.
• Aware of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, SaFe, etc
• Extremely good spoken and written English
• Following EU business hours with readiness to cover evening hours for Canada based teams

Would be considered as a plus:

• Ability to remain flexible and respond to changing organizational and business demands.
• Any Agile/Scrum Master certifications
• Project Management / Delivery Management skills

Work conditions:

• 100% remote work. Poland only.
• Full-time (40 hours per week).

The Role:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

In this role, you will support one or two self-organized cross-functional teams in a SAFe environment and work closely with Product Owners, engineers, fellow Scrum Masters, ART leadership, and other stakeholders.

This role is a strong fit for someone who cares about team effectiveness, delivery predictability, healthy collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of SAFe or experience working in another scaled Agile environment (LeSS, Nexus, etc)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to work with team dynamics, flow, and focus team on delivery predictability and business value
• Ability to identify blockers, process gaps, and coordination issues
• Ability to navigate complexity, manage cross-team dependencies, and bring clarity in rapidly changing environments

• Вища освіта 
• 3+ років досвіду роботи в ролі скрам майстра з успішним супроводом декількох команд (SAFe)
• Досвід створення навчальних матеріалів та проведення тренінгів для команд
• Глибоке розуміння Scrum-фреймворку, Kanban-методу та вміння гнучко адаптувати їх під потреби бізнесу
• Розвинені навички фасилітації, вирішення конфліктів та побудови ефективної комунікації

• Знання англійської мови на середньому рівні Pre-Intermediate (A2/B1) для презентацій
