✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Coach / Business Trainer
• Proven experience building training systems and programs from scratch
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Understanding of premium service, sales, and retention approaches
• Experience training client-facing teams
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Structured mindset, leadership qualities, and strong independence
• Fluent Russian is mandatory
• Experience in iGaming, VIP, Retention, or Luxury Services will be a plus

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate Agile delivery by running sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain a strong delivery rhythm.
• Remove blockers: identify and resolve impediments that slow down engineering teams and escalate when needed.
• Ensure backlog readiness: work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.

What You Will Not Do:

• You won’t own product strategy or roadmap prioritization (CPO / PM).
• You won’t write detailed product requirements or specifications (BA/Product) unless you're willing to and have more context than the BA/CTO/Product.
• You won’t manage people’s performance or engineering evaluations, but you will provide your feedback to the PM/CTO.

Job requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles in a software development environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify blockers and drive resolution quickly.
• Experience supporting delivery for senior engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Cloud, Confluence)
  Nice-To-Have:
• Experience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, capacity, burnup, burndown, etc.).
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or complex products.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Lean principles, ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to drive Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• English B2/C1

Will be a plus:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Background in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Обов’язки:

• Організація та підтримка процесу розробки на проєкті.
• Забезпечення ефективного застосування Agile-процесів. 
• Організація та контроль беклогу проєктів (відповідність DoR, статуси, оцінки, опис, пріоритети).
• Контроль якості ведення процесів у Jira/Confluence.
• Контроль та модерація проєктних зустрічей та церемоній: стендапи, ретроспективи, планування, грумінг, оцінки. 
• Підготовка follow-up та контроль виконання action items. 
• Моніторинг та аналіз основних метрик продукту та підготовка регулярних звітів: velocity, lead time, прогрес, точність оцінок, якість, та ін.
• Контроль та прогнозування обсягів і термінів проєктів, балансування scope для своєчасної доставки. 
• Тісна координація з Head of PM та BA.
• Допомога PO у формуванні backlog, пріоритезації та описі user stories. 
• Аналіз ризиків, ескалація та усунення проблем, зняття перешкод. 
• Операційна комунікація з командою. 
• Прийняття рішень у межах визначених повноважень. 
• Допомога команді та окремим учасникам у визначенні цілей та плану дій. 
• Регулярний аналіз ефективності процесу розробки та впровадження покращень. 
• Навчання команди Scrum та Agile-практикам, організація воркшопів та тренінгів.
• Підтримка self-organizing культури команди - навчати команду брати на себе відповідальність і приймати рішення. 
• Допомога у підготовці та оновленні документації: roadmap, описи процесів в Confluence, тощо.
