We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Artist to join our iGaming team and create visually engaging slot game experiences.

The role focuses on creating high-quality game art assets while maintaining consistency with the game's artistic vision and production requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the slot game art pipeline, works comfortably with multidisciplinary teams, and can transform gameplay ideas into polished, production-ready visual content.

🎨 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with game designers, producers, developers, and animators to define and maintain the visual direction of slot games.
• Create concepts, mood boards, UI elements, symbols, backgrounds, slot game assets, and promotional materials.
• Prepare and organize assets for integration by animators and developers.
• Ensure all artwork meets quality standards, visual consistency, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to track assets and meet project deadlines.
• Contribute to improving art workflows, pipelines, and best practices within the team.
• Bring creative ideas and help shape the visual identity of new slot titles.

👤 Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as a 2D Artist, preferably in iGaming and slot game development.
• Strong illustration and digital painting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of the slot game art production process and player-focused visual design.
• Ability to work within established art styles while bringing your own creative ideas.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

We are Penalty Crash, a small studio creating casual mobile and web games. We are looking for a 2D artist who not only draws but also brings characters and objects to life in Spine.

Responsibilities:

• Create modern 2D designs for game screens, UI, characters, objects and effects.
• Prepare assets for animation (slicing, rigging, layers).
• Animate characters, objects and UI in Spine 2D (idle, win/lose, transitions, effects).
• Export animations for game engines and coordinate with developers.
• Keep a consistent project style and suggest your own ideas.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in 2D game art (portfolio required).
• Commercial experience in casual, hyper-casual or mobile games.
• Strong Spine 2D skills (meshes, IK, skins, events).

• 3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional Art Direction skills
• Proven experience leading teams of Artists and Animators
• Experience managing multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with international clients
