About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our client's team, hybrid or on-site in Warsaw or Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial track record in the gambling, gaming, or tech industries, ready to build a new business unit from scratch.

You will drive business growth, own client relationships, and shape commercial strategy end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and direct ownership of sales, partnerships, and P&L results. 

What You Will Do

• Design and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth and market expansion goals.
• Own sales and revenue generation, setting goals, targets, and KPIs across the commercial team.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years in senior commercial or sales roles within gambling, gaming, or tech.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of the gambling industry — market trends, regulations, key competitors.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and B2B sales funnels.
• Solid grasp of compliance and regulatory requirements in the gambling industry.
• English C1; Spanish or another international language is a plus.

• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B sales organizations and commercial processes.

We are not looking for a Commercial Director who focuses only on managing reports, existing clients, or supervising a sales team.

We are looking for a commercial builder who can create structure, improve sales execution, build a predictable pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and take real ownership of revenue performance.

The ideal candidate understands complex B2B sales, can confidently lead negotiations with senior decision-makers, works comfortably with numbers and commercial metrics, and is equally capable of developing strategy and getting directly involved in critical deals.
