    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of data engineering projects in the Healthcare domain. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and Product Managers ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing data platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data platform delivery, strong technical acumen in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python, cloud platforms), and a working knowledge of healthcare data standards, including FHIR.  

     

    Requirements 

    • 2+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management roles, with at least  6+ months  managing Data Engineering or Analytics teams.  
    • At least 6 months of experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries is required. 
    • Previous software development experience is required. 
    • Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Python, and SQL.  
    • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data lake/warehouse architecture, and cloud-based analytics stacks.  
    • Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).  
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.  
    • Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
    • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level).
