Job responsibilities

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced C# Software Developer with a Delphi background to strengthen our team in Kyiv office and join our mission to develop 3Shape’s Management System for CAD and build the integration with 3Shape cloud ecosystem. • Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications and services that interact with embedded systems, specifically using Ardupilot/PX4 or other similar platforms.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware integration issues, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant solutions.

• Utilize Python for up to 20% of development, mainly for scripting, testing, and automation tasks.
 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in development with a focus on embedded systems, device programming, or hardware interfacing.

• Proven experience with Ardupilot/PX4 or similar platforms (e.g., Betaflight, iNav).

• Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware-software interaction.

• Strong expertise in C++, with experience in performance optimization,

multithreading, and I/O operations in resource-constrained environments.

• Experience with Python for development, including scripting, testing, and automation, as well as its use in embedded systems.

• Experience with serial communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).

• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and tools (e.g., Git, SSH, command-line utilities).
 

Will be a plus:

• Experience with single board PCs (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.).

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Team management: Leading and managing the Private Entrepreneur HUB team, distributing responsibilities within the PE Hub team, conducting analysis and oversight of FOP Hub team’s performance, forecasting human resource needs, team development planning; determining KPI and PDP metrics;

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, including the supervision of PE activities;
• Financial principles and standards: Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards in the areas of corporate finance and PE activities, taxes;
• Business acumen: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to financial reporting, tax, PE activities;
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyse accounting data and trends, tax planning;
