IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Advocates for application teams in DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Agile engineering procedures

IF YOU ARE

• Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in DevOps/DevSecOps engineering, Software and DBA engineering
• Experience with Secure CI/CD pipelines (mainly GitHub Actions & Flows) and ALM tools
• Experience with .Net/C#, PowerShell, Bash for scripting
• Understanding and experience with Azure SQL and Mongo
• Experience with AKS and Linux
• Expertise in Azure cloud services (Azure SQL, Azure ServiceBus, Azure Redis, KeyVaults, Azure Storage, etc)

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, IAM, Ingress, and Kafka.
• Brings 2+ years of practice in managing and deploying AWS infrastructure.
• Works confidently with Infrastructure as Code tools — Terraform in particular.
• Is skilled in scripting (Shell, Python, or JavaScript).
• Understands CI/CD practices and R&D infrastructure needs.
• Is curious about blockchain, cryptography, or distributed systems.
• Keeps a security-first approach, ideally with exposure to SecOps or intrusion protection.
• Acts independently, solves problems proactively, and doesn’t wait for instructions.

• Feels comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and adapts quickly.

   

Your Responsibilities

• Partner closely with development teams to maintain reliable cloud environments and address production issues.
• Keep existing cloud infrastructure running smoothly while seeking improvements.
• Build, refine, and manage automation pipelines to reduce manual effort and speed up delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives with an entrepreneurial, self-driven approach.
• Contribute actively to infrastructure design and troubleshooting, working collaboratively within the team.
• Design and implement new infrastructure features across both R&D and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure and user support across all business-critical environments.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for infrastructure operations, end-user support, and systems engineering, ensuring 24/7 reliability.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, and workplace technologies with a strong focus on resilience, continuity, and controlled access.
• Establish and enforce security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery frameworks aligned with mission-critical needs.
• Implement monitoring, automation, and ITSM practices to improve efficiency, transparency, and service excellence.
• Ensure measurable service levels (SLA/OLA) are achieved, with particular attention to supporting teams operating in sensitive and highly regulated domains.
• Partner with senior leadership to align infrastructure capabilities with organizational priorities and long-term strategy.

• Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT organization.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior IT leadership roles (Head of Infrastructure, IT Director, IT Operations Manager, or similar).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure and support operations for high-availability, secure environments.
• Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise security practices.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and enterprise service management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
• Background in managing budgets, procurement, and vendor ecosystems with an emphasis on strategic cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate under pressure and in sensitive contexts.
• English – Intermediate or higher.

Would be a Plus:

• Experience with secure cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud/infra certifications).
• Familiarity with the demands of operating in environments where confidentiality, compliance, and resilience are paramount.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement complex infrastructure projects using IaC and best practices. 
• Build and improve automation pipelines for software development lifecycle. 
• Participate in systems performance tuning, work on platform high availability. 
• Continuously work on monitoring and observability tools. 
• Tightly collaborate with application software engineers to improve platform health, performance, and security standards, assist in architecture planning. 
• Incident mitigation, evasion and postmortem investigation, in-depth technical assistance for the customer support team. 
   

Skills Required: 

• Linux administration and troubleshooting experience – must have. 
• Production experience with AWS or other cloud but wish to learn AWS quickly – must have. 
• Strong experience with configuration management automation and IaC (preferably Ansible, Terraform) - must have. 
• CI/CD stacks management experience, Jenkins, GitlabCI, others – must have. 
• Solid understanding of shell/Python or other – must have. 
• Experience with containers management – must have. 
• Experience with containers orchestration (Kubernetes/Nomad/other). 
• Experience with metrics and logging solutions: ELK, Prometheus, etc. 
• Familiarity with distributed *SQL and non-SQL databases – would be a plus. 
• Experience working and configuring Nginx, Kafka, CDN, DDoS protection – would be a plus. 
• Proven experience in leading projects from design to production. 
• English – intermediate, we are working in close collaboration with teams across the world.
