To scale our growth further, weβre looking for a data-driven, self-starting Affiliate Program Manager to own and grow our affiliate ecosystem from end to end. This role combines strategic outreach, relationship management, and performance analysis - and is perfect for someone whoβs equal parts analyst and operator.
About the Role
You will be the sole owner of our affiliate operations, responsible for both expanding and optimizing our affiliate network. Your time will be split between prospecting and outreach (engaging and onboarding) and data analysis (monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through data-backed decisions).
This is a strategic, hands-on role where youβll:
- Drive affiliate revenue
- Build strong relationships with high-potential partners
- Leverage tools and data to optimize program performance

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and outreach to potential affiliates and influencers (especially in SaaS and B2B marketing spaces)
- Manage communications, follow-ups, and onboarding using email automation tools
- Monitor and analyze data across platforms like FirstPromoter, Reditus, and PartnerStack
- Identify trends, track conversion funnels, and build reports on affiliate performance
- Continuously improve onboarding and engagement strategies for affiliates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with product goals
- Own and evolve an affiliate system that is predictable, trackable, and scalable
What Weβre Looking For
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, influencer outreach, or growth operations (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong analytical mindset β advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
- Proven experience managing outreach and communication flows via email and automation tools
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, Reditus, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Familiarity with FirstPromoter and Reditus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and self-manage

In this role, youβll collaborate closely with development and platform teams to proactively identify and mitigate security risks, integrate robust security practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and lead efforts around automation, tooling, and secure configuration of Azure-based infrastructure and pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Automate provisioning and configuration of Azure infrastructure (Terraform, ARM templates)
- Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and secure code assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure application deployment and configuration
- Embed security controls and checkpoints across the SDLC
- Manage and optimize security tools: SAST, DAST, SCA, container and IaC scanning
- Tune automation workflows and reduce false positives
- Secure Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Key Vault, and Azure AD
- Guide on secrets management, access control, and workload hardening
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis with the SOC
Support compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and contribute to audit readiness
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Security, Application Security, DevSecOps, or related fields
- Strong development skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C# preferred)
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure (Azure DevOps, App Services, Key Vault, AKS)
- Familiarity with security standards like OWASP, CWE, and secure coding best practices
- Experience with CI/CD security automation (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code and cloud security (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background with IAM, API security, and regulatory compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing performance in cloud environments
