Що буде у твоїй зоні відповідальності

— пошук і залучення нових B2B-клієнтів на міжнародних ринках;
— робота як із cold outreach, так і з inbound / warm leads;
— побудова, розвиток і прогнозування власного pipeline;

— ведення клієнта через повний sales cycle — від першого контакту до закриття угоди;

— системна робота з CRM та sales-стеком;
— аналіз і покращення sales-воронки: conversion rate, velocity, bottlenecks;

Ти нам підходиш, якщо

— маєш 3+ роки досвіду у B2B Sales / Business Development, бажано в AdTech, MarTech, Affiliate, Digital або Performance Marketing;
— продавав/-ла послуги або складні digital-рішення міжнародним клієнтам;
— розумієш performance marketing та логіку рекламного ринку;
— маєш практичний досвід повного циклу продажу, а не лише lead generation;
— вмієш самостійно будувати outbound: знаходити компанії, потрібних людей, формувати approach і доводити контакт до meeting / deal;
— комфортно працюєш і з cold outreach, і з inbound / warm leads;
— мислиш через цифри та розумієш pipeline, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, churn, sales cycle;
— працював/-ла з HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday або іншими CRM;
— впевнено користуєшся Google Sheets і можеш працювати з sales-аналітикою;
— маєш англійську B2–C1 для листування, дзвінків, переговорів і live-комунікації;
— використовуєш або готовий/-а активно використовувати AI-інструменти для prospecting, research, outreach та аналітики;
— не чекаєш готової інструкції на кожен крок, а вмієш бачити проблему, формувати гіпотезу й перевіряти її.

• Lead the transformation of sales into a scalable, AI- and automation-enabled operating model where repetitive work is automated.
