π― Your Impact Areas- Execute pleso therapyβs social media strategy across all key markets (Ukraine, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania).
- Make social media a reliable growth channel: create content that not only engages, but also converts into therapy bookings and revenue.
- Develop and manage content calendars and oversee content creation with the team so it aligns with business and community goals in each market.
- Grow pleso therapyβs presence on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and Facebook with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Track performance across channels and provide regular reports and insights.
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features and proactively test fresh ideas.
Partner with marketing and product teams on key campaigns, launches, and events, providing social support from concept to reporting.

- 1+ year of experience in social media management
- Proven results in growing and selling via Instagram, TikTok, and Threads (case studies or links are a plus).
- Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Confident with social media analytics β you know what to track and why.
- Comfortable with community management: comments, DMs, basic moderation.
- Curious about trends and open to testing new formats and ideas.
- Able to turn product and mental health topics into engaging, human content.
