🧩 We’re looking for an ambitious, business-oriented Project Manager with experience in mobile development and a deep understanding of the Social Casino and iGaming markets — someone who wants to influence the product, processes, and team. Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and control sprints while analyzing the impact on business metrics
• Manage a cross-functional mobile development team
• Track tasks in a PMS, build roadmaps, and control deadlines
• Work with HADI cycles, create internal documentation, and prepare reports for the C-Level
• Define roles and support recruitment of new specialists
• People management: 1:1s, performance/salary reviews, development, and motivation
• Research and implement new services/methodologies
• Collaborate with outsourced specialists, stakeholders, and the C-Level

What We Consider Essential:

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in iGaming, Social Casino, or Mobile Development
• Experience in a startup environment — you’re not afraid of fast pace, changes, and multitasking
• Full-cycle project experience: from idea through planning to release
• Proven ability to build and grow strong teams and take ownership
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• Understanding of the technical aspects of mobile development
• Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
• English level B2 or higher — capable of independent research and communication
   

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of App Store / Google Play submission processes
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Familiarity with Worksection (or similar tools)

You’ll be stepping into an exciting project in the sports performance space, working alongside a talented team to help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our operations.
 

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, keeping projects on track, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and align deliverables with business goals;
• serve as the primary communication channel between development teams and stakeholders, explaining the processes;
• prepare artifacts, and technical documentation;
• manage project scope and team resources;
• develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations;
• regularly report on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies;
• proactively identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in project workflows;

• test the product according to the requirements. 

   

Requirements:

• advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
• 3 years of commercial experience as a PM;
• strong time management and organisational skills;
• strong understanding of Scrum processes;
• practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• good knowledge of identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements;
• experience in drafting functional / business/ system requirement specifications;

• patience, empathy, and a collaborative mindset when engaging with teams and stakeholders.
