A big plus will be experience working with iGaming products, especially if the candidate was involved in promoting monobrands or doorways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and developing strategies for projects of various scales and geographic focuses.
• Regular launch and promotion of websites from scratch, targeting different GEOs and languages, including both branded and non-branded traffic.
• Collaboration with other departments, including developers, designers, content teams, link builders, and the PBN department.

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Digital Marketing & SEО + GEO/AEO Specialist to support growth across US and European markets.

This role combines SEO execution, paid advertising support, AI-driven content workflows, and website content management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working with modern AI and marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Support paid campaigns across Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Execute on-page SEO improvements and keyword updates
• Manage website content updates (product pages, landing pages, descriptions)
• Improve indexing and search visibility in Google and Bing
• Work with Google Search Console and GA4 to monitor performance
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to support content creation and optimization
• Contribute to GEO-targeted SEO strategies (US & EU markets)
• Monitor rankings, CTR, traffic, and conversion performance
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve online visibility

Required Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO
• Practical experience with Google Ads
• Understanding of how search engine indexing and ranking work
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Familiarity with Bing/Microsoft Ads
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
• Basic understanding of technical SEO
• Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Досвід роботи з класичним SEO
• Чітке розуміння принципів роботи пошуку Google та факторів ранжування.
• Досвід пошукової та технічної оптимізації сайтів (від 6 місяців).
• Наявність успішних прикладів робіт з органічним трафіком.
• Вміння працювати з Ahrefs / Screaming Frog.
• Вміння налаштовувати цілі через аналітику і GTM.
• Скрупульозність у роботі з великими обсягами даних.
• Глибоке розуміння Google Spreadsheets.
• Вміння працювати в команді та націленість на результат.
• GEO/AEO (просування в генеративних AI-системах)
• Розуміння, як працює генеративний пошук і «відповіді замість лінків» (ChatGPT / Perplexity / Gemini, AI Overviews тощо).
• Вміння готувати контент, який легко цитувати: короткі точні блоки, визначення, порівняння, FAQ, таблиці, інструкції.
• Розуміння підходу entity-first (сутності, атрибути, зв’язки) та як він підсилює релевантність.
• Базове розуміння E-E-A-T як системи довіри: експертність, досвід, авторство, джерела, узгодженість інформації.
• Практичне розуміння ролі структурованих даних (schema / JSON-LD) для контенту й інтерпретації сторінок.
• Англійська не нижче Intermediate.

Додатково буде перевагою :

• Закінчені курси по SEO/PPC.
• Досвід з CRO/UX (покращення конверсій на основі даних).
• Досвід роботи зі структурованими даними глибше: типи schema, зв’язування сутностей, перевірка помилок.
• Розуміння рендерингу/індексації (JS, SSR/CSR) на базовому рівні.
• Вміння формулювати гіпотези та перевіряти їх через метрики, а не «відчуття».

Що потрібно робити:

• Проведення аудиту сайту клієнта (SEO, юзабіліті, технічний).
• Створення і реалізація стратегії просування.
• Формування семантичного ядра проєкту.
• Виведення сайту в ТОП шляхом нарощення посилань.
• Оптимізація структури сайту.
• Аналіз конкурентів.
• Розроблення рекомендацій по збільшенню % конверсій.
• Формування завдань для копірайтерів та програмістів.
• Складання письмової специфікації по проєкту: що буде зроблено одноразово; що потрібно робити щомісяця; які дії необхідні для досягнення цілі.
• GEO/AEO (генеративна видимість)
• Адаптація контенту та структури під Answer Engine-логіку: «коротка відповідь» на початку, логічні блоки, чіткі визначення/кроки, узгоджені терміни по всьому сайту.
• Побудова та підтримка entity-first структури контенту: сутності, їх властивості та зв’язки між сторінками.
• Робота зі структурованими даними (schema / JSON-LD): актуальність, повнота, логіка типів, контроль якості.
• Посилення довіри до контенту (E-E-A-T): джерела, авторство, фактологічна консистентність, оновлення.
• Моніторинг «видимості у відповідях» у генеративних системах (на рівні практики): де бренд/сторінки згадуються, де випадають, які теми/сторінки треба підсилити.
• Як будемо міряти успіх (орієнтовні метрики): органічна видимість і трафік (бренд/небренд); позиції та частка видимості в пріоритетних кластерах; вплив на конверсії (з урахуванням налаштованих цілей);  якість технічної бази: індексація, структура, помилки, покриття; AI visibility (GEO/AEO): частота/стабільність згадок і цитувань бренду/сторінок у генеративних відповідях, покриття «питань користувача».

Графік: повна зайнятість (пн-пт), з 9:30 до 18:30, де 7 робочих годин, 1 год. на обід та 1 год. на навчання, вихідні — субота та неділя. Після випробувального терміну — можливість працювати у гібридному форматі (офіс/віддалено). Готові розглянути також дистанційний формат співпраці.
