    What You Will Do:

    • Perform functional, regression, and UI testing for our iOS application
    •  Work with tools such as Xcode, Swift, and Postman for API testing
    • Write clear test cases and bug reports, and analyze logs
    • Collaborate closely with developers and the product team

     

    What We Expect:

    •  Experience in mobile application testing 
    •  Basic understanding of Swift, Xcode, and Postman

    • Issue Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
    • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing before release cycles to ensure previously developed features work as expected.
    • Continuous Improvement: Work within Agile methodologies, suggesting improvements to QA processes and promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a focus on backend testing for complex systems or platforms.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manual testing techniques and QA methodologies. Experience with backend systems, databases, and APIs.
    • Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Qase, or similar). Knowledge of SQL for data validation and experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar), basic knowledge of HTML, and CSS.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and validate requirements (specifications, acceptance criteria, etc.)
    • Create Test Documentation (test design, test scenarios, test cases, checklists, etc.)
    • Prepare Test Data
    • Perform Functional / non-functional testing of product increments
    • Update baseline documentation following requirements changes
    • Create bug reports and document deviations from the expected results with screenshots and videos
    • Provide regular Test Status updates to the team
    • Work with Project and Test Management Tools 

     

    Requirements:

    • Understanding the purpose of Software Quality
    • Knowledge of Fundamental Test Process Phases
    • Knowledge of Testing Types and Techniques
    • Knowledge of Test Documentation types/purpose
    • Strong self-organization skills
    • Level of English: At least Intermediate

     

    Would be a plus:

    • Technical skills in test scenario preparation and test execution
    • Technical skills in documenting and troubleshooting defects
    • Familiarity with test case/ project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Qase, TestRail, etc.)
