• Сильні знання ASP.Net Core та Web API;
• Досвід роботи з SQL (MS SQL / PostgreSQL) і оптимізацією запитів;
• Досвід роботи з базами та ORM (EF Core / Dapper);
• Досвід роботи з React/Redux від 1 року;
• Досвід та відкритість до використання сучасних інструментів підвищення продуктивності, таких як GitHub Copilot, Cursor чи подібні;
• Вміння працювати у команді та брати на себе відповідальність.

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи з Redis, RabbitMQ, Elastic;
• Досвід налаштування дашбордів та алертів за допомогою Grafana;
• Досвід написання unit/integration/api тестів;
• Досвід роботи з A/B тестами;

Ми шукаємо C# Team Lead, який приєднається до блокчейн-компанії. Це довгострокова співпраця.

Основні обов’язки:

• Керування командою розробників
• Проєктування та впровадження архітектури на базі C# / .NET
• Участь у плануванні спринтів, оцінці задач та технічному roadmap
• Code review, контроль якості та дотримання best practices
• Оптимізація продуктивності та масштабованості систем
• Менторинг і розвиток членів команди
• Взаємодія з Product Owner, QA, DevOps та іншими стейкхолдерами
   

Вимоги:

• 1-2 роки досвіду на Lead позиції
• 5+ років досвіду комерційної розробки на C#
• Досвід розробки high-load систем та багатопотокових рішень
• Розуміння принципів SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD
• Досвід проєктування та розробки розподілених систем
• Досвід роботи з SQL (MS SQL / PostgreSQL)
• Навички делегування та прийняття рішень
• Досвід оцінки задач (estimation, planning)

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи на блокчейн/крипто проектах
