The client is starting with a narrow, scoped need: the translation of ACES 1.3 color science algorithms into production-ready Halide/C++ code. The client would like a developer to implement the Academy Color Encoding System (ACES) 1.3 reference transforms in C++/Halide. This includes translation from CTL code, implementing key color science algorithms with real-time performance constraints, and ensuring strict fidelity to ACES specs.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze ACES 1.3 reference (CTL) code and documentation
- Translate core transforms (e.g., RRT, ODT) into Halide
- Implement ACES color space conversions, tone mapping, and gamut mapping
- Optimize Halide schedules for color workflows and real-time performance
- Validate output using ACES test images and conformance procedures
- Create unit tests and documentation that align with ACES best practices
- Ensure compatibility across target platforms and resolutions (e.g., 4K+)

The candidate should have an advanced level of experience with C++ in image processing, graphics, or scientific computing, as well as deep Halide framework knowledge (especially for color or vision tasks).
