About the Role:

We’re looking for a Head of Affiliate Department — a strategic, hands-on leader who will take full ownership of our affiliate program and drive its growth to the next level. You will lead the affiliate team, define long-term strategy, manage key partnerships, and work closely with other departments (marketing, product, legal) to ensure sustainable and scalable performance across multiple geos and brands.

This is a senior position for someone who not only understands how affiliate marketing works in the iGaming space but also knows how to build and manage a high-performing team, develop metrics-driven strategies, and spot new growth opportunities before others do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the affiliate marketing strategy across multiple brands and markets;
• Lead and grow a team of Affiliate Managers: hire, mentor, motivate and set KPIs;
• Drive acquisition by recruiting top-tier affiliates and negotiating high-value deals;
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize towards ROI and growth;
• Coordinate with product, BI, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations;
• Keep up with trends, competitors, tools, and affiliate tech to keep us ahead of the curve;
• Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for affiliate performance;
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
   

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming;
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and managing teams;
• Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.);
• Strong network of affiliates in Tier-1 markets;
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills;

Requirements:

— 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry, specifically working with Tier-2 and/or Tier-3 geos;

— Proven experience managing influence/social media traffic with a focus on RevShare (the majority of your partner portfolio should be on RevShare deals);

— Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets;

— Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

— At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
