The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) — провідний український виробник технологій автономності для дронів. Місія ролі: Побудувати міст між математичною теорією управління та реальною поведінкою дрона в польоті. Твоє завдання — розробляти, валідувати в симуляції та тестувати на реальних дронах control-алгоритми, які визначають, як літальні платформи The Fourth Law реагують і стабілізуються в бойових умовах.

Основні задачі: 

• Математичне моделювання: побудова моделей динаміки літальних платформ.

• Розробка control-алгоритмів: створення та тюнінг алгоритмів керування, роботa з stability, filtering, controller response. 

• Валідація в симуляції: перевірка рішень у симуляторі до переходу на реальне тестування. 

• Аналіз даних: робота з сенсорними даними, аналіз поведінки системи в реальних умовах.

Досвід та навички, які ми шукаємо:

• Сильне практичне володіння лінійною алгеброю та її застосування в роботі. Хороше розуміння calculus. 

• Базове розуміння диференціальних рівнянь. 

• Практичний досвід застосування математики в інженерній роботі (наприклад, computer graphics, game physics, robotics, simulation, physics engineering).

• Впевнене володіння Python або С++. 

• Готовність активно вивчати control theory самостійно — компанія навчить, але потрібна власна ініціатива. Готовність навчитися керувати дроном і брати участь у реальному льотному тестуванні.

Буде перевагою:

• Практичний досвід з control systems або robotics. 

• Досвід роботи з дронами чи flight-controller екосистемами (PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound follow-up
• Run product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start with the product
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner for key accounts
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks of churn

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success — ideally in IT
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client business needs
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for internal communication and documentation
• Ukrainian as the primary language for client communication
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;
• Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members;
• Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;
• Leading and managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality (shared responsibility with the Delivery Manager);
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align development efforts with business goals;
• Researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes;
• Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges;

Essential professional experience:

• 5+ years of experience in back end;
• System Design & Architecture – strong experience designing scalable, resilient .NET systems using microservices, event-driven and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS);
• Backend Expertise – advanced C# skills, RESTful API development, asynchronous programming, and deep understanding of design and resilience patterns (DDD, CQRS, circuit breaker, etc.);
• Database Mastery – proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases;
• Messaging & Performance – hands-on Kafka expertise, high-load system optimization, caching, and distributed computing;
• DevOps & Cloud – solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation;
• Quality & Observability – strong focus on testing (xUnit, NUnit), monitoring (Serilog, App Insights), and secure coding practices;
• Leadership & Collaboration – mentoring peers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence within Agile teams;
• Languages – Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian

We are looking for a Team Lead IT Support!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Workplace Technology, or Corporate IT;
• 1–2+ years of experience leading or mentoring an IT Support team;
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple office locations;
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration;
• Experience with enterprise identity and device management platforms;
• Hands-on experience administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions;

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of 6–7 IT Support Engineers across 2-3 locations;
• Organize team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations;
• Ensure high-quality IT support services by maintaining SLA compliance and continuous improvements;
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning of workplace equipment;
• Organize and oversee the rollout of corporate systems and workplace technologies;
• Ensure continuous availability of standardized hardware via procurement, inventory, and vendor management;
• Drive hardware standardization, asset inventory accuracy, and full hardware lifecycle management;
• Develop, maintain, and improve IT Support documentation, procedures, and KB articles;
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, InfoSec, HR, Procurement, and Workplace teams;
• Monitor team performance, conduct 1:1s, support development, and participate in hiring/reviews;
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization;
