We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer who can deliver ERP improvements end-to-end: understand business processes, run fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and build clean BC extensions/integrations. 
This is a technical and functional role: not only coding but also working closely with Finance/Operations stakeholders to make sure the system supports real workflows with minimal customization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1) ERP Discovery & Business Analysis (BA / Process) 

• Run workshops with business owners (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, etc.)

 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• Strong hands-on experience with Tier-1 GEOs is a MUST HAVE
• Candidate must be located abroad or have the ability to relocate/travel freely
• Strong understanding of traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, In-App, ASO, Email, UAC, etc.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing large affiliate partnerships

This is not a simple Excel cleanup job. We need a serious Python Data Engineer / ETL Developer who can help us turn large real estate datasets into a clean, structured database that will power our internal software platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with large CSV and Excel files
• Clean and normalize real estate data
• Build Python ETL pipelines
• Import structured data into PostgreSQL
• Create relationships between properties, owners, companies, contacts, and CRM activity
• Build deduplication and merge logic
• Build source trace logic
• Build data quality reports
• Help prepare data for dashboards, APIs, and future public records integrations
• Work closely with the technical lead and product team

What you'll do
 

Write 10–20 short-form video scripts (40–60 seconds) per day for a range of brands. Every morning we want ~10–20 fresh scripts ready to go — the ones that hook hard and convert. That's what matters to us; the rest we're relaxed about.

Requirements

• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to write and speed up scripts
