Про роль:

Ми шукаємо аналітика, який буде відповідати не за звіти, а за логіку даних у компанії. Це роль на стику бізнесу та IT: ти будеш працювати з маркетингом, PPC, supply chain і фінансами, розуміти як вони приймають рішення і будувати систему даних, яка ці рішення підсилює. У тебе буде команда (Data Engineer + Data Architect), але ключова задача — думати, як має працювати система даних, а не просто «збирати цифри».
 

Що потрібно робити:

• Брифувати керівників напрямків (Marketing, PPC, Supply, Finance) і витягувати їх бізнес-логіку
• Перекладати її в метрики, формули та структуру даних
• Визначати, які дані нам потрібні і як вони мають бути пов’язані
• Формувати логіку систем збору та обробки даних (в тому числі Amazon Cloud, API, інтеграцій тощо) відповідно до бізнес-цілей і фідбеку команд
• Визначати, які дані потрібні і як вони мають бути пов’язані
• Проектувати логіку дашбордів (не дизайн, а сенс і структура)
• Формувати вимоги до data-систем (PowerBi, API, інтеграції)
