The role

We’ve built a strong paid media foundation. Now we need someone to take it to the next level — not just manage what exists, but build the systems, channels, and measurement infrastructure that will carry us to $500M and beyond.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll own performance marketing strategy end-to-end, work closely with our CMO, and be the person who makes sure every dollar we spend is working as hard as it can.

Channel expansion
Test and build out new channels — Native, CTV, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, and beyond. Own the full structure end-to-end: page copy, tracking setup, creatives. Company resources follow traction, not hypotheses.

Ad account performance
Daily opportunity audits across accounts — spend allocation, creative testing, whitelisting, partnership ads, bidding structures. You spot inefficiencies before they become problems.

Measurement & attribution
Build multi-touch attribution models that tell us where our next dollar is best spent. Run incrementality studies via geo-based holdouts. Own the media spend forecast model. Make sure our data is clean enough to trust.

Unit economics
Own Day 0 CAC and contribution margin by channel. Judge channels on retention-adjusted CAC, not just Day 0. You own a number, not just an analysis.

People
Manage media buyers and specialists across owned channels — in-house and agency. Set direction, hold output, develop the team.

Who you are

You’ve come from a high 8-figure or 9-figure brand — or a brand group operating at that level. You might be a performance marketing manager, media buying manager, acquisition lead, or head of growth looking for a bigger seat.

This is a full ownership role. You’ll take the TikTok Shop channel, the creator program, and the team behind both — and turn it into a machine. Strategy, execution, people, systems — all yours.

What you’ll own

Strategy & roadmap
Own the full TikTok Shop roadmap — every lever that drives GMV. Creator acquisition end-to-end: sampling, poaching, retainer creators, agency partnerships. Offer calendar, listing strategy, platform promo enrollment. You set the direction and make sure the team executes against it.

Influencer & creator program
Own influencer marketing across TikTok Shop and adjacent platforms — sourcing, negotiations, whitelisting, paid usage rights, performance tracking. Build the content engine that turns creators into consistent posters who actually drive sales.

Systems & infrastructure
Build the creator training infrastructure that scales: onboarding flows, weekly training calls, top-creator support. Build the community infrastructure — Discord, WhatsApp tiers — that keeps creators engaged and posting. Build the SOPs so the program runs without bottlenecking on you.

Performance
Own weekly GMV targets. Monitor creator output, content performance, and offer performance in real time — kill what isn’t working, double down on what is. Run weekly reviews, surface what’s broken, ship fixes fast.

Team
Lead and direct creative strategists, creator managers, community managers, and agencies. Set direction, hold output, develop the team.

Who you are

You have 2+ years running TikTok Shop operations end-to-end — and you have real GMV numbers to show for it. You’ve run influencer programs at scale across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ve led a team and know how to drive output through other people, not just yourself.

You live and breathe TikTok Shop — creator acquisition, content strategy, offer engineering, GMV Max, Spark Ads, Affiliate Center analytics. You’ve worked with tools like TikTok Seller Center, Kalodata, Shopify Collabs, Social Snowball, or similar.
