Бажано мати досвід:

• розробки на платформі Microsoft .NET (VB / C #);
• використання WinAPI;
• використання CLR у MS SQL;
• оптимізації планів запитів MS SQL;
• розробки звітів у MS Report Services;
• розробки інтеграцій за допомогою MS Integration Services;
• використання для інтеграцій Rest API;
• використання Git,SVN.
• Знання інших мов програмування вітається.

Обов’язки:

• Розробка, тестування та впровадження нових програмних модулів (MS SQL 2012-2019,SSRS,SSIS, MS Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C#);
• Оптимізація існуючого програмного забезпечення.

Основні задачі:

✅ Пошук і залучення нових перспективних партнерів (аффіліатів), щоденна комунікація та побудова довгострокових відносин з ними;

✅ Робота з продажем трафіку від внутрішнього баїнгу та розвитком власного бренду;

✅ Аналіз ефективності партнерів та якості трафіку, формування звітності і планів щодо утримання та зростання прибутку;

✅ Участь у розробці і реалізації стратегії розвитку партнерської мережі (разом з командою);

✅ Проведення звірок, узгодження трафіку і витрат, передача оплат фінансовому менеджеру;

✅ Моніторинг ринку та трендів, аналіз конкурентів, пошук нових можливостей для росту партнерських відносин.

Вимоги:

🔛 Досвід роботи Affiliate Manager/BizDev у сфері Crypto від 1 років;

🔛 Розуміння моделей монетизації (CPA, CPL, RevShare тощо), джерел трафіку, ключових метрик якості та окупності;

🔛 Хороше знання ринку: основні гравці (аффіліати, рекламодавці), актуальні продукти і ставки (Tier1, Tier2, Tier3);

🔛 Досвід у веденні переговорів та укладанні партнерських угод;

🔛 Вміння працювати з CRM-системами та аналітичними інструментами;

🔛 Уміння готувати аналітичні звіти по партнерських програмах;

🔛 Англійська мова на рівні В1 або вище.
