Ми шукаємо Engineering Lead — людину, яка очолить технічний напрямок на рівні кількох продуктових юнітів, побудує необхідні engineering-процеси та стандарти практично з нуля і матиме реальний мандат на прийняття технічних рішень.

Шукаємо амбітного Engineering Lead, який очолить технічний напрямок — з повною свободою дій у прийнятті рішень для реалізації планів бізнес-юніту. Це hands-on роль з прямим лідерством команди розробки та мандатом на архітектурні рішення без зайвих узгоджень на кожен крок.

Ти бачиш картину бізнесу цілком — не тільки продукт, а й суміжні департаменти (маркетинг, аналітика) — і створюєш технічні рішення там, де вони дадуть найбільший вплив на результат, незалежно від формальної зони відповідальності.

Ця роль — для того, хто хоче не просто закривати технічні задачі, а стратегічно розвивати технічний напрямок як власний бізнес-актив, поєднуючи архітектурне бачення, менеджмент команди і особисту глибоку залученість у розробку.

Твої задачі

• будувати та розвивати engineering-напрямок практично з нуля (web);
• формувати engineering-процеси, стандарти та підходи, які можна масштабувати між продуктовими юнітами;
• мати technical ownership за напрямок і бути залученим у ключові технічні рішення;
• напряму керувати технічними лідерами продуктових юнітів: ставити бізнес-цілі, менторити, давати фідбек і допомагати їм рости;
• знаходити технічні bottlenecks та системно їх закривати — через нові engineering-практики, автоматизацію та AІ, тощо;
• працювати з командами, які відповідають за платформу компанії: формувати технічні запити, перевіряти їхню доцільність та знаходити оптимальні рішення;
• визначати, де технічні зміни можуть дати найбільший вплив на бізнес, і переводити це у конкретні ініціативи;
• масштабувати успішні engineering-рішення між продуктами та юнітами;
• брати ownership за запуск нових напрямків;
• бути hands-on, коли ситуація цього потребує, а не залишатися виключно на рівні менеджменту.

Що очікуємо від тебе

• 4+ роки комерційної розробки, сильний hands-on engineering background;
• досвід розробки backend на Node.js;
• 2+ рік прямого управління engineering-командою;
• досвід побудови або суттєвої перебудови архітектури продукту end-to-end: web + backend;
• здатність самостійно приймати технічні та архітектурні рішення;

About us

We build and scale health & wellness digital subscription / web products (info products, assessments, companion-style apps). Product + growth move fast: a lot of early surfaces are vibe-coded, then need to become real production systems next to media buying and analytics.

About the role

Backend-leaning full-stack engineer who can take vibe-coded funnels and products (e.g. Base44-style builds, GitHub exports, AI-generated apps) off the sandbox and onto self-hosted infrastructure — then wire pixels, GTM, GA4, Amplitude, and payment APIs so ads and subscriptions actually track and charge correctly.

You do not need quiz-funnel DNA. That’s a plus, not a requirement. You do need to read PSP/docs carefully and ship reliably.

What you’ll do

• Export / migrate vibe-coded projects (GitHub / similar) into clean repos and self-hosted environments
• Own hosting, deploys, env/secrets, basic ops for funnel + product surfaces
• Connect Meta / Google (and related) pixels; implement GTM + GA4 events correctly (purchase, subscribe, trial, etc.)
• Instrument Amplitude (or equivalent product analytics) so growth can see funnels end-to-end
• Integrate payment APIs — Stripe, Adyen, NMI (and similar) — checkout, webhooks, subscription status, refunds as needed
• Work with PMM / UA / product on event naming, debug broken tracking, harden what “vibe code” left fragile

Must-have

• Strong backend + enough front-end to ship funnel/product pages and tracking scripts
• Real experience putting apps on self-hosted / VPS / container infra (not only managed toy deploys)
• Hands-on GTM + GA4 (and pixel) event wiring you can walk through
• Amplitude (or very similar product analytics) in production
• At least one of Stripe / Adyen / NMI (others welcome) — comfortable reading API docs + webhooks
• English enough to read technical docs and async with the team

Nice-to-have

• Quiz / long-form web funnel or subscription paywall products

This is a full-time seat, but we start immediately on hourly until we’ve shipped enough together to convert to FT.
