About the role

We are looking for a COO who owns operations and profit, not just processes.

This role is about turning a complex, high-volume eCommerce business into a predictable, scalable, and margin-driven system.

You will be responsible for fixing operational inefficiencies, structuring execution, improving unit economics, and building systems that scale without chaos.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations across the business
• Drive EBITDA growth and improve unit economics
• Reduce cost per order, refunds, cancellations, and inefficiencies
• Redesign core operational flows (order → routing → fulfillment → resolution)
• Build structured systems, ownership, KPIs, and SLAs
• Replace manual work with automation and AI-driven workflows
• Improve execution stability and fulfillment predictability
• Scale operations 2×+ without proportional cost increase
• Work directly with CEO on priorities, trade-offs, and execution

Requirements

• Strong eCommerce experience is mandatory (high-volume operations)
• 8+ years in COO / operations / systems / strategy roles
• Proven experience scaling operations 2×+
• Strong understanding of unit economics and profitability drivers
• Experience building and optimizing systems (not just managing teams)
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools
• Experience with remote/distributed teams
• Ownership mindset and strong decision-making ability
