Зараз шукаємо UI/UX Designer на full-time. Це не позиція «намалюй красиво» — це роль, де ти з першого місяця впливаєш на те, як юзери взаємодіють з продуктом: від першого екрана до конверсії у платного користувача.
 

Твій проєкт

Ти працюватимеш над дизайном iOS utility-додатків для ринку США та інших Tier-1 країн. Підписочна модель, повний цикл — від дослідження користувачів та вайрфреймів до фінального UI, від онбордингу до пейволу.

Це середовище де швидко вчишся: багато тестів, багато даних, чіткий зворотній зв'язок від цифр.
 

Що ти будеш робити

• Створювати продукти від ідеї до реалізації — це не «намалювати екрани», а повний цикл: дослідження, концепція, UI/UX, а далі контроль того, як рішення втілюється в реальному продукті.
• Розробляти дизайн нових проєктів з нуля — ти постійно працюєш з різними продуктами, а не підтримуєш один і той самий роками.
• Створювати та тестувати онбординги, пейволи та інші елементи воронки конверсії.
• Проводити UX research: аналізувати конкурентів, шукати патерни і переносити інсайти у власні продукти.
• Формулювати та тестувати дизайн-гіпотези спільно з product manager та UA командою.
• Аналізувати як дизайн-рішення впливають на ключові метрики продукту.
• Формувати гнучкі дизайн-підходи та шаблони, які легко переносити на нові проєкти — щоб кожен наступний продукт стартував швидше і якісніше за попередній.
• Взаємодіяти з креативною командою — твої рішення впливають не лише на продукт, а й на маркетингові воронки, лендинги та рекламні креативи.
   

Must have

• Досвід роботи з Figma — впевнене володіння інструментом, розуміння auto-layout, компонентів, дизайн-систем.
• Розуміння основ UI/UX та UX research — не просто «красиво», а розуміння чому рішення працює.
• Портфоліо з реальними або навчальними проєктами, де видно процес мислення, а не лише фінальні екрани.
• Аналітичне мислення — вміння бачити зв'язок між дизайн-рішеннями і поведінкою користувачів.
• Проактивність — сам пропонуєш рішення і покращення, не чекаєш детального ТЗ.
   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи на ринку різноманітних utility-додатків.
• Володіння графічними редакторами та досвід створення креативних концепцій.
• Досвід запуску та роботи з ASO і A/B тестами, а також аналітичними інструментами для них (Amplitude, Mixpanel та інші).
• Розуміння принципів створення унікального продукту на ринку iOS.
• Досвід роботи з Figma Make та іншими AI-інструментами в дизайн-процесі.
