Бекенд: Ruby on Rails
Фронтенд: JavaScript (ES6+; за потреби — фреймворки/бібліотеки на його основі)

Технічні вимоги
Досвід розробки на Ruby on Rails 7+ років
Глибоке розуміння внутрішніх механізмів Rails (ActiveRecord, ActionCable, ActiveJob тощо).

Підтримка та рефакторинг legacy-коду

Вміння аналізувати та реструктурувати існуючі модулі без порушення backward-сумісності.

Досвід поступового впровадження modern Rails-практик.

Бази даних
PostgreSQL/MySQL: написання складних SQL-запитів, оптимізація індексів, міграції даних.

Досвід роботи з міграціями в Rails та управлінням схемою.

API та інтеграції
Створення та документування REST-/JSON-інтерфейсів.

Інтеграція з зовнішніми сервісами (Microsoft Teams API, платіжні шлюзи).

DevOps-навички
Docker/Docker Compose для локального середовища.

Налаштування CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI тощо).

Базове розуміння Kubernetes або іншого контейнерного оркестратора (бажано).

Frontend-базис
Впевнене володіння JavaScript (ES6+) для роботи з інтерактивними компонентами.

Знання хоча б однієї JS-бібліотеки/фреймворка (Vue, React чи навіть jQuery) — для швидкого дебагу та валідації UI.

Архітектурне мислення, враховувати продуктивність і безпеку.

• 1+ years of experience developing using Ruby and RubyOnRails;
• Writing RSpec unit tests;
• Hands-on experience with Service Objects;
• Integrated 5+ external APIs;
• Experience with payment integration (preferably Stripe);
• Strong SQL skills: joins, indexes, raw SQL (not only ActiveRecord);
• Used monitoring/logging tools: Datadog, New Relic, etc;
• An advantage would be: experience working with AWS services (Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, EC2, LoadBalancer);
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Experience with any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc), using their services and setting up the app deployment processes there;
• Have used Sidekiq/Resque/SuckerPunch and Redis before, have practical skills of setting them up and using them;
• Experience using Docker, Docker Compose, and working in a containerized environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable systems in Ruby and Ruby on Rails;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, find solutions to these problems;
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
• Develop new system features, optimize existing ones, and maintain our existing applications;
• Collaborate with product, design, and other developers on discussing and developing new features;
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
