🎰 Senior Java Engineer: Build the Wallet Behind Millions of Players

Adaptiq × a major online gaming operator

The challenge:

Picture a platform where millions of players hit "play" at the same moment, every action moves real money, and the answer must come back in under a second. Now picture building it from scratch.

That's the PAM (Player Account Management) platform: real-time financial transactions, strict regulation, zero tolerance for lost cents, and traffic spikes that would make most systems sweat. No legacy code to inherit. Just a blank page and hard problems.

Your role:

You'll design and build the core backend of the platform and own your features end-to-end: from RFC to production monitoring. You'll work side by side with Principal Engineers, with real autonomy and real influence on the architecture.

What you'll do:

• Build services in Java 17+ / Spring Boot for wallets, ledger, payments, bonuses, and account state
• Create REST APIs and Kafka-based event flows for frontends, ops tools, and partners
• Make correctness non-negotiable: idempotency, clear transaction boundaries, failure handling, solid testing
• Bake in compliance: KYC/AML, responsible gaming, audit trails
• Keep production healthy with metrics, tracing, alerts, and on-call
• Shape the platform through RFCs and code reviews, and mentor teammates
• Work with AI-assisted tools daily

• Help migrate live from the existing third-party platform (parity testing, data validation, cutover)

What you bring:

About Krasty Soft

Krasty Soft is an established European software engineering and IT consulting agency headquartered in Ukraine. We specialize in custom software development, cloud solutions, web & mobile applications, and dedicated engineering teams.

The Opportunity & Team Support

This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role designed for an experienced European sales professional who wants to leverage their local market presence, event networking, and regional sales strategy to build high-volume revenue streams across Europe.

You won't be starting from scratch or working in isolation:

• Lead Gen & SDR Support: You will have dedicated remote Lead Generation Specialists and Sales reps in our team at your disposal to handle digital prospecting, list building, and email/LinkedIn outreach under your direction.
• Direct CTO Collaboration: You will partner directly with our CTO and senior tech leads—no middlemen, no complex hierarchy. They run technical discovery, build estimations, and present proposals alongside you.

• Freedom & Zero Bureaucracy: We value results, speed, and trust over micro-management and corporate red tape.

Key Responsibilities

• Offline & Event Sales (Field Sales): Attend key industry conferences, tech summits, trade shows, expos, and local networking events across Europe (EU / UK / EEA) to establish direct contact with C-level executives, founders, and IT decision-makers.
• European Market Prospecting: Actively identify, prospect, and engage local European leads, leveraging in-person meetings, regional events, and warm introductions to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Strategy & SDR Leadership: Guide and direct our internal lead generation and SDR team to target high-potential European verticals, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and custom regional campaign flows.

• Account Growth: Build long-term trust with key European client accounts to secure ongoing, recurring custom development and team augmentation contracts.

Requirements

This is a high-autonomy embedded delivery role where you orchestrate the intelligent agent systems you design yourself — owning the full loop from requirements to release, solo, on real client engagements.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own requirements shaping directly with the client, covering BA, PO, and UX work yourself.
• Design and write the project’s own AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable), not just prompt off-the-shelf tools.
• Choose and combine agents, skills, and models to fit the project’s business and technical goals, and keep evolving that setup as the project changes.
• Own the full SDLC and ship working software through that agent setup.
• Unblock large, messy backlogs fast.
• Make scope and trade-off calls that balance release dates against technical decisions, without waiting for an architect or PO.
• Represent the company’s AI delivery capability to the client, including under scrutiny.
• Stay ahead on new agentic tools and practices, and bring them back to the company.

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years in software engineering or delivery, with ongoing client-facing responsibility.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work, with concrete examples of an agent setup you designed and what it shipped.
• A proven ability to cut scope to hit a release, and to explain why.
• Solid engineering fundamentals, enough to make and defend technical calls live and alone.
• A track record of delivering against hard deadlines with incomplete inputs.

Nice to have:

• A prior FDE or embedded-consultant role.
• An architecture background.
• Healthcare, fintech, or manufacturing domain experience.

Ready to try your hand? Send your CV without a doubt!

We are looking for an Integration Team Lead. This is a technical management role: you lead a team of 2–4 engineers, own the integration architecture and roadmap, and stay hands-on in the code. Every number our clients see in a dashboard starts as an API call one of your pipelines made, so reliability and data correctness land on your desk first. You report directly to the CTO and prioritise the roadmap together with the product team. Fully remote, EU timezones.

Requirements
General
• 2+ years leading engineers as a tech lead, team lead or hands-on engineering manager: code review, sprint planning, mentoring
• 5+ years in backend or data engineering, with production systems you supported yourself
• Experience integrating third-party APIs at scale: rate limits, OAuth flows, webhooks, async reports
• Comfortable in a fully remote team with hours overlapping EU timezones
• English B2 or above. Most of our communication is written and async

Technical
• Strong Python 3.11: production-grade code with error handling, structured logging and tests
• Data pipeline patterns in practice: idempotency, backfill, incremental sync, schema evolution
• GCP at the service-design level: Cloud Run services and jobs, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Tasks, Cloud SQL, GCS, Secret Manager
• SQL well beyond the basics, and comfort putting real logic into it. A large part of this pipeline lives in BigQuery scheduled queries and versioned BigQuery migrations rather than in Python
• Writing FRDs and keeping technical documentation current: integration contracts, data models, runbooks. We do not have this discipline today, and establishing it is a core part of the role rather than a bonus
• Monitoring and alerting you set up yourself: Grafana, logs, retry and backfill strategies. Today every alert path ends in Slack
• Docker, and CI/CD you will own. These services currently deploy from hand-run scripts with no pipeline and no tests in CI. Building that out is part of the job, not something you inherit finished

Soft
• You lead in practice: you split work for other people, review their code, unblock them, and say no when that is the right answer
• Systems thinking: you see the full chain from API ingestion to the end-user dashboard
• When a number looks wrong, you trace it back to the source before you change anything
• Task management: your roadmap and your team’s board reflect what is actually happening, and you raise risks while there is still time to act on them
• Pragmatic and transparent, including when something breaks: you say what happened and why, early

AI baseline
AI-assisted development is how we ship, not something we are piloting. Concretely, what we expect from day one:
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar): required, not “I tried it once”
• 50%+ of the code you ship is drafted by agents and reviewed by you line by line
• Able to run 2–4 agents in parallel on isolated branches or worktrees and merge the results yourself
• You maintain agent context for your projects: CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md, custom commands, rules files. At least 1 such artifact you wrote yourself and keep current
• You automate at least 1 recurring routine per monthwith an agent: reports, migrations, release checks, test generation
• You can tell when the agent is wrong and throw the output away. Whatever ships, you are the engineer on the hook for it — we ask about this in the interview
Nice to have
• Hands-on experience with the Meta Marketing API or the LinkedIn Marketing API: breakdowns, attribution windows, async reports
• Experience with a workflow orchestrator (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal). We run on Cloud Scheduler and Cloud Tasks today, and we want a view on whether that should change
• The programmatic and ad-server ecosystem: CM360, DV360, StackAdapt, TikTok
• Advertising metrics and how they are computed: impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, attribution models
• Healthcare or pharma domain, especially consent and PII handling
• Building agent harnesses, orchestrators or MCP servers; terminal-first workflow (tmux or equivalent)
• Infrastructure as code. Our infrastructure is in Pulumi, with Terraform for the monitoring stack

Responsibilities
• Own the architecture and evolution of all platform integrations: Meta Marketing API, LinkedIn Marketing API, CM360 and DV360, with StackAdapt and TikTok in flight
• Lead a team of 2–4 engineers: code review, sprint planning, mentoring, input into hiring
• Stay hands-on: you write code yourself as well as distributing it
• Design and maintain the pipelines end to end: ad-platform APIs into BigQuery through Cloud Run Jobs, onward into ClickHouse through Cloud Functions and Cloud Tasks, with a large share of the transformation in BigQuery scheduled queries
• Keep the smaller integrations healthy too, such as the five-minute PostgreSQL to Airtable sync
• Write the FRD before an integration starts and keep the technical documentation current after it ships
• Keep sync reliable: monitoring, alerting, error handling, retry and backfill strategies
• Build out CI/CD, secret handling and test coverage for these services
• Drive new integration projects from API evaluation to production rollout
• Prioritise the integration roadmap together with the product team
• Report to the CTO and agree architecture and technical standards with them

Tech stack
Python 3.11 · GCP (Cloud Run services and jobs, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Tasks, Cloud SQL, GCS, Secret Manager) · BigQuery, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL · Docker, Cloud Build, Pulumi, Terraform · Grafana, Slack · Claude Code

What we offer
• Fully remote with flexible hours, overlapping EU timezones for syncs
• A direct line to the CTO: you shape the architecture and technical standards of the integration layer, and technical direction is agreed with the CTO rather than handed to you as tickets
• Paid AI tooling, including Claude Code
• Ad-platform APIs that fail in ways no documentation describes, at real data volumes
• A small team with no bureaucracy, where decisions happen the same day

What matters to us

We are looking for a builder, not just a manager.

Someone who can move from market research to a landing page, from a customer interview to an MVP, and from the first campaign to a clear decision about whether an idea deserves investment.

What we offer

• C-level position with direct access to senior leadership.
• International portfolio and multiple markets.
• High level of autonomy and ownership.
• Opportunity to build and scale new businesses.
• Ability to shape the marketing organization and team.
• Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities.

The role
You will lead technical direction and hands-on delivery of cloud-native back-end systems, using AI to accelerate disciplined engineering. Partnering with the Product Manager, who owns business priorities and the product roadmap, you will turn complex, ambiguous goals into clear architectures and achievable delivery plans. You will guide and assist engineers, facilitate shared understanding, and remain close enough to the implementation to diagnose issues and contribute directly.

This role owns technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery accountability. Formal HR performance management is outside its responsibilities.

What you will do

• Analyze business workflows and requirements with clients and the product team. Surface contradictions, missing requirements, risks, and impractical assumptions before directing implementation.
• Lead architecture and technical specification development, including interface contracts and nonfunctional requirements. Establish shared engineering practices and guide the team in applying appropriate controls.
• Deconstruct complex problems into simpler components and incremental delivery plans. Facilitate resolution of ambiguity and competing perspectives so the team understands the chosen approach.
• Direct agentic development tools through bounded tasks and explicit instructions. Review generated changes and retain ownership of code quality and the overall solution.
• Explain architectural tradeoffs in terms of business value, delivery time, operating cost, reliability, and supportability. Choose among serverless, containers, and other deployment approaches based on the problem.
• Build automated validation and diagnostic capabilities. Work with QA and DevOps on release readiness, secure deployment, production support, and learning from incidents.
•

Required experience and engineering foundations
7+ years of professional back-end engineering experience. The 12-month AI experience requirement below is part of this total.

• Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals, grounded in substantial hands-on back-end development with a production stack such as C#/.NET, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on production experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless compute, messaging, data storage, identity, observability, and deployment.
• Sound understanding of API design, service and module boundaries, SQL and NoSQL data modeling, distributed systems, concurrency, and event-driven processing.
• Practical experience with automated testing, code review, source control, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, application security, and diagnosing production problems.
• Ability to read, critique, debug, and modify code and resolve technical issues independently of AI. You remain accountable for designs, implementations, and outcomes regardless of how they are produced.
• Proven hands-on technical leadership: architectural decisions, mentoring, constructive technical review, and coordinating delivery through influence and collaboration. Strong traditional leadership plus demonstrated individual AI proficiency qualifies.
•

Required experience with design time AI
Design-time AI means using AI during analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. We require practical proficiency in rigorous engineering across repeated changes to complex systems.

• At least 12 months of sustained professional AI-assisted software development within your overall engineering experience, including hands-on use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable tooling.
• Experience delivering production software with AI and maintaining it through multiple subsequent iterations. You can explain your specifications, architectural choices, change controls, validation, and lessons from failures. Vibe coding alone does not meet this requirement.
• Ability to apply disciplined, specification-driven development: clarify ambiguity with the appropriate owners, expose assumptions, define technical designs and acceptance criteria, and keep specifications, contracts, decisions, and implementation aligned.
• Effective delegation to AI: decompose work into bounded tasks, provide relevant context and constraints, anticipate misinterpretation, define acceptance criteria, and critically review outputs. Use adversarial review to challenge assumptions and surface gaps.
• Ability to discuss choosing models for analysis, implementation, and review based on capability, reliability, latency, and cost, and managing context and token consumption in development workflows.
• Understanding of how architectural boundaries, explicit interfaces, and contracts contain change. Explain how you would prevent or detect unintended rewrites, assess downstream effects, and maintain a complex application across iterations.
• Ability to discuss validation controls, their limitations, and when particular controls are mandatory or implementation choices. Recognize that AI-generated code and tests can share mistaken assumptions and explain how you would challenge them.

• Ability to describe how specific tools and workflows preserve shared project context and enable another engineer to continue the work. Willingness to learn and work with Altus Nova Assistant (ANA), Altus Team AI, and the AI technologies and frameworks we develop.

Required runtime AI understanding
Runtime AI means AI capabilities operating within deployed solutions. You must meaningfully discuss the concepts below and outline a basic production workflow. Practical runtime AI implementation experience is a strong advantage.

• Explain model limitations, context management, retrieval, structured outputs, tool use, and cloud-based agentic workflows, with the ability and commitment to mature into production implementation.
• Distinguish functionality best implemented with deterministic code from work suited to LLM reasoning. Discuss how the approaches can be combined within reliable systems.
• Discuss workload routing among models based on capability, reliability, latency, and cost. Explain context and token management and guardrails for budgets, retries, and agent execution limits.
• Discuss safeguards that reduce and detect hallucinations, including grounding, output validation, evaluation, and appropriate abstention or escalation when evidence is insufficient.
• Distinguish generating a recommendation from executing an action. Discuss least-privilege access, human review and approval, rejection paths, failure handling, observability, and recovery.

• Discuss protecting client information in development tools and runtime systems, including secrets management, prompt injection, untrusted retrieved content, and restrictions on agent access to tools and systems.
You will lead selection and design of technical controls for the team, engaging relevant specialists when a solution requires deeper expertise.

Communication and collaboration
- Strong spoken and written English is required. You must explain complex concepts in plain language, listen carefully, ask precise questions, and communicate effectively with client executives, subject-matter experts, and engineering teammates. Constructively challenge flawed specifications and work with their owners to resolve them.
- You must help others reason through ambiguity, incorporate differing perspectives, and build a shared understanding of the architecture and delivery plan. Delegation requires clear guidance, appropriate review, and support for the people doing the work.
- You will work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, architects, designers, front-end engineers, QA, and DevOps. We value constructive debate, clear decisions, and helping teammates succeed. Our products span career, self-discovery, productivity, and digital essentials. We build them by bringing product, engineering, design, data, and growth together around real user needs and shared business goals.

We take responsibility for outcomes, learn through experimentation, and believe good ideas can come from any teammate.

Right now, FutureMedia is looking for a Head of Product (web2web, subscription model) to own one of our flagship products end-to-end and take it from its current stage to global market leadership, on our B2C subscription portfolio with huge room to grow. This is effectively a founder role: you own everything in your business unit, and your single mission is making the product genuinely better for users. You'll build a world-class team, establish strong processes, and relentlessly develop the product into the dominant player in its niche.

We're looking for someone hungry, proactive, and relentless — a senior, growth-oriented product manager who wants to build a business and will do whatever it takes to make it thrive. You'll have real autonomy and clear goals, communicating regularly with the founder and CEO, but you own the outcome.

Your impact

• Own the full product — strategy, growth, product, and team. Your mission is to make the product the best in its category
• Be a true expert in product management and product growth for mature products — and go deep, hands-on
• Push every process forward, see no blockers, and stay relentlessly proactive
• Understand exactly how your technical team and customer support work — and know the data
• Set up dashboards, monitor health checks, and use product analytics to drive data-informed decisions
• Constantly find ways to make the team more efficient — continuously improving and optimising how it operates
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring it meets market needs and a high quality bar
• Keep the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer feedback
• Use data analytics to refine growth strategies, with a strong focus on improving LTV

• Communicate regularly with the founder and CEO while operating autonomously against clear goals, staying aligned with the founder's approvals

About you

• A dynamic, hands-on, founder-minded product leader with a track record of driving growth in B2C subscription digital products, ideally on mature products
• Strong product management and product growth expertise, with a sharp eye for improving product quality and LTV
• Proficient in product analytics and data-driven decision making — comfortable setting up dashboards and monitoring health checks yourself
• Background in web experience is required (mobile-only backgrounds won't be a fit)
• Experience with utility-style products is a strong plus
• Able to speak the same language as developers and work closely with engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering, customer support, and data — enough to lead and monitor each effectively
• High level of ownership and execution capability, while staying aligned with the founder's approvals
• Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and relentless about improving the product — no blockers, only next steps
• Comfortable with autonomy and full ownership, working closely with the founder and CEO

• Strong written and spoken English

Today, we are building the necessary infrastructure to bring together sensors, autonomy, and operators with our technologies deployed in active operations around the world.

About this position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Legion Platform team. You will design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable server systems and integration tools that connect hardware and software systems across environments and levels of command.

As part of the Legion team, your expertise will be critical to solving complex system challenges and developing a robust platform that is deployed for real-world military missions.

This role requires continuous innovation and is a good fit for an engineer who thrives under pressure and demands that their work have an immediate, tangible impact on national security.

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a new component of an enterprise network security platform operating across complex IT, OT and IoT environments.

You will join at the beginning of a new product component and engineering team, designing the architecture and building the solution from the ground up.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not people management. You’ll work closely with Product, QA and other engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in architecture and coding.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build a new platform component from scratch.
• Own architecture and key technical decisions through production implementation.
• Develop core backend and infrastructure components primarily in Go.
• Work with the platform’s data plane, distributed systems and data flows.
• Build scalable, reliable services using Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Work with PostgreSQL, APIs and service-to-service communication.
• Provide technical direction as the new engineering team grows.
• Use modern development approaches, including AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Staff / Principal / Lead Engineer, Software Architect, or equivalent senior hands-on role.
• Excellent Go / Golang skills — core requirement.
• Strong software architecture and system design experience.
• Proven experience designing and building complex distributed systems.
• Strong backend and infrastructure engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and production data architecture.
• Good understanding of data plane architecture, networking, APIs, concurrency, performance, scalability and reliability.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into architecture and working production systems.
• High degree of technical ownership and independence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong delivery focus.

Nice to Have

• Python and/or Java development experience.
• Experience with networking, cybersecurity or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with microsegmentation, policy enforcement or similar network security systems.
• Experience with Claude Code or other AI coding agents.
• Public technical leadership, such as conference speaking or engineering community contributions.

Location & Working Model

• CET timezone.
• Kraków is preferred, with weekly office collaboration.
• Strong candidates elsewhere within the required time zone can be considered.
• B2B contract with a US entity.
• Output-oriented working model.
• Company laptop provided.

Interview Process

1. 30-minute discussion with engineering leadership.
2. Technical deep dive with live coding and architecture discussion.

We are looking for a Head of Financial Operations to join the team and take ownership of the company’s financial operations across payments, treasury, crypto liquidity, custody, withdrawals, settlements, reconciliation, chargebacks, and transaction-level financial controls.

The Project

We are building a new online crypto casino project, launched as a spin-off from a large international online casino brand. This is an early-stage opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-moving and execution-driven team with real ownership and direct impact on the business. The position is based on-site in Dubai.

Compensation and the overall package are discussed individually; relocation support can be provided where required.

The Role

The Head of Financial Operations (FinOps) owns the company’s payment infrastructure and controlled movement of money across fiat and crypto rails. The role combines Head of Payments, Treasury and Reconciliation responsibilities: payment orchestration, PSP and banking relationships, liquidity, custody, withdrawals execution, settlements, chargebacks, reconciliation, payment economics and transaction-level financial controls. FinOps executes authorized financial actions and maintains the financial evidence trail.

Responsibilities

Payments and Provider Management

1. Own the payment operating model across fiat and crypto methods, including routing, cascading, failover and GEO-specific cashier configurations in cooperation with IT Department.
2. Lead the selection, commercial negotiation, onboarding and launch of PSPs, acquirers, banks, gateways, crypto processors and other payment partners within delegated authority.
3. Monitor payment conversion, technical success, payout execution, provider availability, fees, reserves, settlement terms and counterparty exposure; drive corrective action and escalation.

4. Maintain a resilient provider portfolio with appropriate concentration limits, fallback capacity and replacement pipelines.

Treasury, Custody and Crypto Liquidity

1. Own daily liquidity across PSPs, banks, wallets, custodians and exchanges to fund authorised withdrawals and business obligations.
2. Design and operate the hot/warm/cold wallet model, rebalancing thresholds, signing workflows and transaction-approval controls with the CFO and Risk.
3. Execute approved treasury, conversion and hedging strategies and maintain sufficient fiat/crypto on- and off-ramp capacity.

4. Monitor and mitigate FX, crypto-price, counterparty, settlement, network-fee and liquidity exposures, escalating limit recommendations to the CFO.

Withdrawals, Disputes and Controlled Execution

1. Execute withdrawals and other financial actions only after required system, Risk and Compliance approvals, preserving maker-checker, custody and transaction-limit controls.
2. Own payout routing, transaction submission, provider/wallet execution, status monitoring and resolution of failed or stuck transactions.
3. Administer chargebacks, refunds and payment disputes on the financial and provider side, including evidence submission, reversals, reserves and ledger impact.

4. Maintain auditable evidence for holds, releases, rejects, refunds, reversals, disputes and manual interventions; never override a Risk or Compliance restriction.

Reconciliation, Settlement and Financial Control

1. Own daily end-to-end reconciliation across gaming, payment, banking, wallet, custody, exchange and accounting systems, with controlled investigation and closure of exceptions.
2. Validate settlements, balances, fees, exchange rates, reserves and segregation of player-related and corporate funds.
3. Own transaction-level controls and operational subledgers, providing reconciled data and evidence for month-end close, audits and regulatory reviews (Accounting retains ownership of statutory books and financial statements).

4. Provide transaction, wallet and settlement evidence to investigations and regulatory reporting without assuming ownership of AML or fraud decisions.

Reporting, Process and Team Leadership

1. Own payment and treasury reporting and P&L, covering performance, liquidity, provider exposure, fees, FX/crypto costs, chargebacks, reserves, incidents and control exceptions.
2. Build and lead the FinOps team across payments, treasury and reconciliation, including 24/7 coverage where required.

4. Represent FinOps in launches and strategic planning, signing off payment readiness, liquidity, reconciliation and financial controls.

Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience in payments, treasury or financial operations, including leadership experience; online casino, sportsbook, PSP, fintech or crypto-exchange experience is strongly preferred.
2. Hands-on knowledge of cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, acquiring, payment orchestration, refunds, chargebacks, settlements and provider reserves.
3. Strong crypto operations experience, including custody, hot/cold wallet controls, exchanges, OTC, on/off-ramps, stablecoins and multi-chain liquidity.
4. Proven ownership of high-volume reconciliation and transaction-level financial controls.
5. Strong commercial experience with PSPs, banks, custodians, exchanges or comparable payment partners.
6. Strong data skills; advanced spreadsheet capability and confidence working with APIs, SQL, dashboards or large transaction datasets.
7. Working knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions and fraud controls sufficient to execute decisions and preserve evidence while respecting independent control ownership.

8. Fluent English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prior experience as Head of Payments, Head of Treasury, Head of FinOps or an equivalent role in iGaming.
2. Practical knowledge of crypto custody platforms and wallet infrastructure, including Fireblocks, Copper or BitGo, covering transaction workflows, signing and approval schemes, hot/warm/cold wallet structures, wallet rebalancing, access controls and crypto liquidity management.
3. Working knowledge of blockchain analytics and wallet-screening tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic, sufficient to interpret screening results, identify transactions requiring escalation and execute authorised holds or releases in accordance with approved Risk and Compliance decisions.
4. Experience across multiple gaming jurisdictions and high-risk merchant banking environments.
5. Experience designing automated reconciliation, payment-monitoring and treasury-control tooling.

6. Strong mathematical, finance or quantitative background.

We Offer

1. A senior leadership role building the FinOps function from the ground up, with real ownership of payment infrastructure, treasury and financial controls.
2. Relocation support where needed.
