Your responsibilities 

• Develop and execute product communications strategies, translating product positioning into clear narratives, messages, and communications campaigns.

About the role

A growing part of our pipeline isn't websites — it's products. Clients come to us with a working prototype (often AI-generated), a locked UX and a launch date, and need someone to take it to production: web apps, mobile apps, multi-tenant platforms, admin panels, AI-assisted features.

We are looking for a Field QA Engineer to own the quality of the navigation software running on unmanned ground vehicles — validated against the real, physical unit in the field, not just in a simulator, and then to represent that quality live in front of customers and partners. This is not a desk-only QA role: roughly 70% of your time is hands-on testing (hardware, software, networking, and simulation), and the rest is running and supporting live demos — where you’ll set up the system, troubleshoot on the spot, and carry field feedback back to the engineering team. • Test the robot as a full system — hardware, software, and the connection between them — not just the application layer
• Validate network and wireless connectivity between the robot and its control station, and diagnose connection issues (latency, packet loss, dropped links) when they occur
• Get physically hands-on with the unit: cabling, connectors, power, sensors — you are expected to understand the device, not just the screen showing its output
• Travel for field testing as needed
• Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs across hardware and software, and work directly with engineers to get them resolved fast
• Represent Farsight Vision at demos for international customers and partners — presenting the platform, fielding technical questions, and troubleshooting live
• Act as the link between engineering and the field/business context: collect feedback from demos and clients and translate it into clear, actionable input for the team
• When bandwidth allows, extend testing support to other Farsight Vision products (FSP platform, FSV app)

Requirements

• QA experience with hardware, embedded, or IoT-adjacent systems — not purely web/app QA
• Working understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP basics, wireless protocols, and how to diagnose connectivity problems
• Comfortable working hands-on with physical devices and basic diagnostic tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux terminal
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP address, VPN, ethernet, router vs switch, etc.)
• Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate+); able to present and troubleshoot live in front of international customers

Nice to have

• A hands-on electronics hobby — soldering, hardware tinkering, home lab, ham radio, or similar. If you’ve ever taken something apart just to understand how it works, that instinct is exactly what this role needs
• Prior QA experience on robotics, drones, or other physical/autonomous systems
• Prior experience presenting technical products to non-technical or business audiences
• Familiarity with network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark)
• Ability to pick up basic UAV piloting

About the role:
At Intent Solutions Group, we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development of our demand generation and growth efforts in the US market.

The main goal of this role is to turn target accounts, buying signals, and marketing engagement into qualified executive conversations, sales opportunities, and revenue. Content, SEO, and paid campaigns will support this goal, but they are not the primary focus.

You will work closely with our CEO and sales team, owning the full process from strategy and campaign design to hands-on implementation, measurement, and optimization.
 

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage account-based demand generation programs for defined target accounts and decision-makers.
• Develop nurture journeys across LinkedIn, email, executive content, referrals, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Design lifecycle stages, lead and account scoring, automation, sales handoffs, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Monitor buying signals and account engagement to identify the right moments for personalized outreach.
• Build founder- and executive-led LinkedIn programs that generate relevant conversations.
• Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Use GenAI for research, signal monitoring, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Create or coordinate supporting assets, including case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and sales materials.
• Measure success through qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, CAC, and revenue, not only traffic or engagement.
   

What we’re looking for

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, technology consulting, or another complex B2B environment.
• Proven ownership of an end-to-end demand generation system, from target-account selection to qualified pipeline.
• Practical experience with ABM, nurturing, lead or account scoring, automation, attribution, and sales handoff.
• Demonstrated results in qualified meetings, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Practical use of GenAI beyond content creation, including research, personalization, signal detection, and workflow automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with US-based clients and company leadership. Strong attention to the quality and authenticity of external copy, including the ability to identify and refine generic, awkward, or obviously AI-generated content.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

About the role

We design product interfaces and marketing sites for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce and Web3 clients. A growing share of them can't be built in Webflow — headless storefronts, design-system implementations, high-motion sites, component libraries handed over to in-house engineering teams. That's where you come in.

You'll work from Figma files our team produces, with direct access to the designers.

What you'll do

• Build production frontends in React / Next.js / TypeScript from Figma designs
• Implement design systems in code: design tokens, component libraries with full variant and state matrices, dark and light themes, Storybook
• Work with and extend shadcn/ui + Tailwind setups — several clients run this stack and expect designs to map onto it without custom CSS
• Build headless frontends against client-provided APIs and CMSs (Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful), including e-commerce storefronts with search and faceting (Algolia) and payment integrations (Stripe and similar)
• Implement complex motion: scroll-driven transitions, parallax, GSAP ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, Lottie — at 60 FPS with GPU-accelerated transforms
• Build data-dense UI: dashboards, tables, filters, charts (Recharts, D3)
• Deliver responsive down to 320px with accessibility basics covered
• Hand off documented, prop-typed components the client's engineers can pick up
• Produce hours-based estimates for incoming leads within 24–48 hours

Must-have

• 4+ years commercial frontend; strong React + TypeScript
• Next.js in production: App Router, SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching
• Tailwind CSS, and experience mapping design tokens from Figma into a Tailwind config
• Component library work: variants, states, sizes, composition, documented props
• Real animation experience, not just CSS transitions — GSAP or Framer Motion in production
• REST/GraphQL integration with proper loading, empty and error states
• Git, code review, clean commit hygiene
• AI-assisted development. Claude Code (or equivalent) is part of how you work day to day — scaffolding components, refactoring, writing tests, exploring unfamiliar APIs. You can go from a Figma screen or a brief to a working clickable prototype fast, using AI to compress the first 80%, then take it to production quality yourself. You review AI output critically and don't ship it unread.
• English B2 or higher — you'll join client technical calls

• Security judgement: we regularly receive leads asking us to clone and run their repository. You must be able to recognise suspicious code and refuse to run it — this came up four separate times in 2026.
