What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on measurement and signal engineering — ensuring Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms receive accurate, timely, and high-quality conversion signals. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and ad platform representatives to improve campaign measurement and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with Marketing and ad network representatives to improve conversion signals, assess product and ad platform changes, and investigate signal-related performance drops.
• Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.

You will work without a local team or office, regularly traveling to markets across Africa, South Asia, and other emerging markets.

Your main responsibility will be to verify the actual state of operations on the ground and confirm that the information provided by contractors matches reality.
 

Responsibilities

• On-site due diligence of contractors: conducting in-person checks of courier companies, fulfillment partners, manufacturers, and other operational contractors.
• Physical infrastructure: verifying warehouses, depots, fleets, actual courier headcount, storage conditions, first product deliveries, and compliance of physical locations with regulatory documentation.

What you will do:

• Performance and stability work: Identify and resolve issues currently degrading the platform — missing or wrong SQL indexes on hot tables, N+1 Cosmos queries, EF Core query plans that fall off the optimiser, queue back-pressure, retry storms.
• Incident response: Act as the escalation point for the product support and dev team. Diagnose and fix issues spanning bookings, widgets, payments (Mollie / Bancontact / iDEAL), webhooks, SignalR notifications, Cosmos DB content, and SQL Server data.

As a Lead Java Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our distributed financial platform - leading the design and delivery of critical platform services, setting the engineering bar for the team, and ensuring that architectural decisions are translated into clean, reliable and maintainable code. Working closely with our Architect, CTO, and Product teams, you will own not the architecture itself, but how it gets built - being the person the team looks to for technical guidance, code quality, and engineering standards.

You will build and evolve our cloud infrastructure, implement end-to-end observability, and drive automation across deployment and operations - working closely with engineering teams to make systems more resilient, observable, and easy to operate.

• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines - GitLab CI preferred
• Infrastructure as Code experience - Terraform or equivalent
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and fault tolerance
