About the role

We are looking for an Event Manager to support and coordinate B2B events across Europe.

• Develop and manage thought leadership programs for 3–4 key executives (CEO, VPs, operational leaders)
• Conduct weekly interviews and briefings with leadership to capture insights, opinions, and expertise
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and commentary in each leader’s authentic voice
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with industry events, market trends, and company milestones
• Grow executive LinkedIn followings and engagement within the target audience of telecom decision-makers

Proof Engine & Brand Content

• Create and publish case studies, project highlights, and operational proof points that demonstrate company capabilities
• Work with field operations teams remotely to source stories, photos, and video from active job sites
• Develop a systematic content pipeline that turns daily fieldwork into brand-building assets
• Launch and manage a brand ambassador program among field technicians to amplify authentic, ground-level content

Media Relations & Channel Management

• Pitch and place company news, case studies, and executive commentary in telecom industry media and trade publications
• Manage company LinkedIn page as the primary brand channel; develop website content strategy
• Plan and execute phased expansion to Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok as the brand matures
• Track and report on content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
   

Qualifications Required

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B content strategy, brand communications, or executive communications
• Proven ability to ghostwrite for executives — portfolio of published thought leadership content required
• Strong interviewing skills: ability to extract compelling narratives from subject matter experts
• Native or near-native English writing skills for a U.S. business audience
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform (algorithm, formats, engagement strategies)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, aligned with U.S. time zones

   

Preferred

• Experience in telecom, infrastructure, construction, utilities, or related B2B industries
• Experience pitching and placing content in trade/industry media
• Familiarity with brand ambassador or employee advocacy programs
• Experience managing multi-channel content strategies (LinkedIn, website, social media)
• Basic understanding of content analytics and reporting tools

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Build a transparent and scalable growth machine, own demand generation end-to-end, identify opportunities to develop new channels, and/or expand existing ones for customer acquisition.
• Establish a content factory, able to produce relevant and highly engaging content for diverse stages on the leads, opportunities, and users’ journey, including but not limited to case studies, blog articles, white papers, thought leadership pieces.  
• Manage and operate E2E, all marketing activities, hands-on / using freelancers /scale it to an in-house team later on.
• Own self-service product as a stand-alone revenue center with full responsibility for its performance and targets.
• Oversee email campaigns, Paid Search & Social.
• Generate user acquisition LTV/CAC reports on an ongoing basis and adjust accordingly. Define and manage marketing KPIs.

You’ll join our User Acquisition team, responsible for driving new user growth, fueling product expansion, and supporting the company’s financial goals. We focus on scaling new revenue by testing fresh approaches and continuously exploring the most effective ways to accelerate product growth.

What you will do:

• Scale Headway App’s user acquisition through Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to design new funnels and run product experiments.
• Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make decisions grounded in data-driven insights.
• Improve funnel conversions (CRO) in partnership with the Product Marketing Team.
• Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize growth.
• Work closely with Creative Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive new user growth.

• Build and maintain automations and scripts to streamline campaign management and optimization.

   

What you need to join us:

• Have ~1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast.
• Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions and uncover causal relationships.
• Understand the basics of marketing and how paid traffic works.
• Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.
• Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).
