We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience or strong knowledge in working within teams or leading workstreams involving DevOps for a global network of professional services firms, with emphasis on the following areas:

• Linux/Unix environment / System administration;
• Configuration Management;
• Multiple scripting languages on Linux platform (Bash, Awk, Sed, Python);
• Cloud-hosted systems;
• Hardware capabilities;
• Transport security, SSH and certificates;
• Docker containers for application deployment;
• Relational databases;
• NoSQL data stores;
• Distributed/clustered or grid computing systems.

Skills required:

• Administering and configuring Linux OS including network and software application setups;
• Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins;
• Automating repetitive development, deployment, and operational tasks;
• Documenting systems, refining requirements, identifying solutions independently, and effectively communicating within the team;
• Database management including design, creation, query optimization, and manipulation;
• Utilizing enterprise orchestration tools (e.g., BPM, ESB) and messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ) to manage services and workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administration of Linux/Unix environments, including network and software configuration;
• Configuration management and automation of deployment processes;
• Development and maintenance of automation scripts on Linux platforms;
• Support and administration of cloud systems and infrastructure;
• Deployment of applications in Docker containers and support of containerized environments;
• Setting up and maintaining continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc;
• Automation of routine development, operations, and deployment tasks.

We work with iGaming operators of all sizes to help them expand into new markets or strengthen their existing brands. As a casino software company, we provide solutions that help build outstanding brands and achieve business goals. Now, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.
 
What will be your responsibilities:
 

• Design, build, and optimize high-load, highly available server-side platforms (Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis, message queues).
•  • Architect and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized workloads (Docker, Helm, GitOps).
•  • Design and operate secure network infrastructure:
•  – firewalls (iptables, UFW, security groups, NACLs)
•  – reverse proxies and L7/L4 load balancers
•  • Implement DDoS protection and WAF strategies (Cloudflare, rate-limiting, bot protection).
•  • Build and maintain observability stack:
•  – metrics (VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus)
•  – APM (New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
•  – centralized logging and alerting
•  • Design, implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
•  • Automate infrastructure and platform lifecycle using IaC and configuration management.
•  • Participate in architecture design, reliability engineering and capacity planning.
•  • Ensure security, compliance and audit readiness (PCI DSS, secrets management, access control).

 
What we expect from you:
 

• Strong hands-on Linux expertise (Debian, Ubuntu, systemd, networking, performance tuning).
• • Deep experience with AWS:
•  – compute (EC2, ASG, EKS)
•  – networking (VPC, LB, peering)
•  – managed databases (RDS Aurora)
•  – messaging (SQS, Kafka).
•  • Strong database operations knowledge: MySQL HA, replication, backup.
•  • Production experience with Kubernetes (cluster architecture, HA, upgrades, disaster recovery).
•  • Advanced CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps practices.
•  • Strong Cloudflare expertise: DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection.
•  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (mandatory), Ansible (configuration and automation).
•  • Scripting and automation in Bash and Python.
•  • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TLS, IAM, VPN, firewalling, zero-trust).
•  • Experience working in regulated environments or with security standards (PCI DSS is a plus).
