This role is focused on execution. You will work with structured processes and tools, collecting and validating data, identifying the right contacts, and supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns.

4. Data Management

• Maintain clean and structured spreadsheets

Requirements:

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has experience in credit risk modelling, strong Python and SQL skills, as well as hands-on experience with scoring models. You will build and optimize advanced credit risk and anti-fraud models by leveraging machine learning, anomaly detection, and alternative data alongside traditional scoring. Working with client data, you will translate complex algorithmic outputs into clear, actionable insights for clients, partners, and internal teams.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in credit risk modelling.
• Solid knowledge of classical methods (logistic regression, decision trees, scorecards) and ML (boosting, random forests, neural networks).
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Background in a bank, fintech, or data vendor environment.
• Experience with PD modelling, scoring, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Comfortable working end-to-end: from raw data to a validated, production-ready output.
• Able to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including clients and business partners.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

THE ROLE

You will be the analytical owner of your product domain- turning data into decisions for Product, R&D, Operations, and Business teams. Day to day, you will work hands-on in SQL and BI tools, partner closely with PMs and engineers, and help shape the strategic direction of the product through evidence.

• Own all analytical aspects of your assigned product domains.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (must-have)

• 4+ years in a Product / Data / Business / Operations Analyst role in a data-rich environment 
• Current position MUST be an analyst role at a tech company (no finance, banking, or insurance backgrounds) 
• Excellent SQL - daily, hands-on query writing. This is not a role where SQL is occasional; expect to live in it.
• Strong verbal English (B2+ or higher). You will present findings to PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders directly in English every week - fluency matters.
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to deliver the results of an analysis clearly, concisely, and confidently 

• Proven experience using AI tools in your analytics workflow (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for query generation, data exploration, or summarization)

   

NICE TO HAVE (advantage, not required)

• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• 2+ years in analytics, including at least 1 year in Product Analytics
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics, strong SQL, Python for data analysis, and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools

• Створення та підтримка документації для звітів, моделей і процесів.

• Консультування ключових стейкхолдерів щодо прийняття рішень на основі даних.
• Підтримка запуску нових продуктів і кампаній, аналіз їх ефективності.
• Співпраця з керівником для досягнення стратегічних цілей компанії.

• Розв'язання нетипових проблем і робота з високими ризиками.
• Постійне вдосконалення методів аналізу й інтеграція інновацій.
• Розробка інструкцій і технічних описів для автоматизації аналітичних процесів.

• Досвід в iGaming / Fintech / eCommerce із роботою над revenue-driving продуктами.
• Досвід роботи з Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake або іншими хмарними аналітичними платформами.
• Досвід роботи з Python або R для статистичного аналізу, моделювання та побудови візуалізацій. 
• Практичний досвід у ML/AI (класифікація, кластеризація, рекомендаційні системи).
• Розуміння принципів побудови аналітичних Data Marts і семантичних шарів.
• Досвід автоматизації аналітичних процесів: ETL/ELT, побудова пайплайнів, робота з великими даними.
• Знання GTM/GA4, Firebase або інших систем аналітики подій.
