About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist / Business Analyst who will act as a key link between our clients and the product team.

You will help clients successfully adopt the product, understand its value, and achieve real business outcomes — while also analyzing product usage and contributing to product improvements.

This role combines:

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Business Analysis / Customer Support(preferably in IT or SaaS)
• English — C1 (fluent)
• Ukrainian — fluent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• High level of ownership and adaptability

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

   

Nice to have:

• Higher education in Business, IT, or related fields

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

• Support new clients during onboarding and product setup

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships
• Act as the main point of contact

Product Expertise

• Develop a deep understanding of the product
• Guide clients on best practices

Proactive Support

• Monitor client activity and engagement
• Identify issues and proactively resolve them

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze product usage
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities

Cross-team Collaboration

• Transfer client feedback to product and engineering teams

Client Education

• Conduct demos and training sessions
• Create educational materials

Retention & Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand product usage

• 1+ рік у сфері iGaming або інших high-risk індустріях на подібній позиції;
• Вміння будувати та підтримувати ефективні відносини з партнерами та стейкхолдерами;
• Розуміння моделей афіліат-маркетингу та загальних бізнес-процесів у цій індустрії;
• Наявність сильних зв’язків у спільноті афіліатів, а також контактів з лідерами ринку, медіа, організаторами подій і ключовими платформами;
• Досвід роботи з CRM-системами, трекерами та дашбордами ефективності;
• Рівень англійської — Upper-Intermediate;
• Знання іспанської буде плюсом.

• Proficient in using CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Spanish will be a plus.
