We are looking for a founding Head of Sales / CBDO who will scale the company from 100 to 1000 customers. 

You will start your work with hands-on experience and talk with customers, run demo calls and close deals yourself. After you will build the sales department from scratch.

We believe Umbrelly's product should be distributed as wide as possible, so businesses no more waste their budgets on unused AWS resources & cloud waste, and instead use money which Umbrelly save them to grow their businesses.

What We Expect from a Founding Head of Sales:

• 3+ years B2B sales experience, with practical experience closing deals with English-speaking customers.
• Build scalable foundation to scale velocity of sales from 100 to 1000 customers: upgrade presentation, pitch, script and identify patterns which works to achieve 30%+ conversion from demo to deal. 
• Do sales yourself first: Our first clients come from founder-led sales, so we logically expect Head of Sales / CBDO to taste the process first, before expanding the team. 
• A structured approach to sales. We sell a "mono-offer", proven product and believe in following sales scripts and patterns that work rather than reinventing the process for every prospect from scratch. At the same time, we don’t sell to robots - you need to follow the pattern and adopt it for each customer. 
• A proven track record you can demonstrate with numbers. During the interview, we’ll expect you to discuss your previous results clearly: how many revenue you bring, over what period, your and your team conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle, and other relevant metrics. Knowing the numbers is the must. 
• Intermediate+ English, both written and spoken. You should be comfortable communicating with customers, running calls, writing follow-ups, and handling sales conversations in English.

Bankstore is looking for a Head of Compliance to build and lead our compliance function as we scale our banking and financial products. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has operated inside fintech or banking-as-a-service environments and understands both the regulatory landscape and the pace of a growing company. You will own our compliance strategy end to end: from regulatory relationships and licensing to policy design, monitoring, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead Bankstore's enterprise compliance program, covering BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, OFAC and sanctions screening, consumer protection, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, sponsor banks, and banking-as-a-service partners; manage regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
• Own the BSA/AML program, including transaction monitoring, SAR/CTR filing oversight, and independent testing.
• Monitor the evolving regulatory environment for fintech and banking products, and translate changes into actionable policy and process updates.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build compliance into new features and products from the design stage (compliance-by-design).
• Develop, maintain, and train staff on compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage licensing requirements (e.g., money transmitter licenses) and ensure ongoing adherence across all operating jurisdictions.
• Build, mentor, and scale the compliance team as the company grows.
• Report on compliance risk posture, key risk indicators, and exam readiness to executive leadership and the board.
• Oversee vendor and third-party risk management related to compliance obligations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years in a compliance leadership role within fintech, a neobank, or a banking-as-a-service / sponsor bank environment.
• Deep working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA, EFTA, and state money transmission laws.
• Direct experience managing relationships with sponsor banks and navigating the bank-partnership model.
• Track record of leading regulatory exams and building a compliance function from the ground up or scaling an existing one.
• Strong people-leadership skills with experience hiring and managing a compliance team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to boards and regulators.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent certification preferred.

About the company

What will be in your zone of responsibility

Months 1-6 (operational phase):

• Full audit of the current state — website, SEO traffic, CRM, what's already converting and what isn't — documented and presented to the CEO
• Brand awareness and positioning strategy built from scratch
• Hands-on launch of targeted advertising and first performance channels — you do it yourself first
• First thought leadership pieces and media relations
• Clean handoff of leads into the CRM with no data loss — coordination with Sales
• Getting the company visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar) for relevant queries

Months 6-12 (scaling phase):

• Hiring and developing the first marketing team (1-2 people)
• A steady pipeline of PR and content, not one-off spikes
• Representing the company at industry conferences
• Predictable lead flow with regular reporting to the CEO

How we'll measure results

• The main metric is brand awareness and the volume of qualified leads in the CRM, not publications for their own sake
• Leading indicators: brand reach and mentions, traffic from performance channels, leads per week
• Lagging indicators: growth in brand awareness/share of voice, lead-to-pipeline conversion (per Sales data), PR/thought leadership placements per quarter

What we expect

• 6-10 years in marketing, 2+ years at Head/Director level with hands-on ownership, not only team management
• Experience building marketing from scratch — no existing team, no existing brand, no historical data to work from
• Full-cycle experience: brand/PR + performance advertising + lead generation, not just one of these
• Background in B2B where the sale is built on trust and expertise (legal, consulting, compliance, fintech companies)
• Fluent English (C1+) — for negotiations with international media and partners
• Self-starter — you set your own tasks, you don't wait for micromanagement

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Support to build, lead, and scale the entire Customer Support function for our new iGaming project at the pre-launch stage. • Proven experience building or scaling customer support operations.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook, online casino, and player lifecycle.
• Experience managing multi-channel customer support operations (Live Chat, Email, Messaging, Social Media).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, LiveChat, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, FRT, ART, and other support metrics.
• Experience managing customer escalations and service recovery.
