Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer at DNSai, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that power our DNS utilities and support our continued growth.

You will work across both backend and frontend systems, using Java technologies, modern frontend frameworks, cloud services, containerization tools, and CI/CD practices. You will collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and research teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly tooling for IT, security operations, and research workflows worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Build and maintain modern full stack applications that support DNSai's DNS utilities, internal tools, and customer-facing services.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services that expose DNS lookup, enrichment, and analysis capabilities to frontend, backend, and third-party systems.
• Work with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js to build responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable interfaces that make complex DNS data readable.
• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and App Services.
• Use messaging and event-driven technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, and JMS to support scalable, reliable, high-volume DNS data pipelines.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, scalability, and management of microservices.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and research teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security at scale.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code following Java best practices, design patterns, and software engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, quality, and maintainability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline, and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure security and data protection across applications and services using best practices and tools such as Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and OWASP standards, in line with the expectations of a cyber security utility.
• Monitor application performance and system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, JProfiler, ELK Stack, or similar technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, cloud services, DNS standards, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements:

• High level of English, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Java backend development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of DNS concepts and protocols (record types, resolvers, zone data, DNSSEC, passive DNS), or a strong interest in learning them quickly.

Description

Our team is developing a set of services that support the company's operational activities, starting with the gaming platform itself, back-offices, and data analytics. The product is being developed by a small team of experienced professionals.

We work extensively with databases and distributed systems, discuss and implement architectural solutions, and conduct RND procedures to check the performance of certain solutions.
