You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for existing Large Language Models (LLMs) that process large volumes of text and audio data. These models are used for summarization, prioritization, tone analysis, and extracting key information.

The role involves analyzing dataset outputs, identifying failure cases, refining prompts, and quickly iterating based on internal feedback and testing. Optionally, you may work with Python or PHP scripts to support dataset exploration and evaluation.

Summary

We’re building end-to-end automation for AI tasks in the insurance sector. Over the next 10 months, we’ll be prototyping before launching a dedicated spinout. You’ll work closely with our Senior AI CTO (30+ years of combined AI experience across the team) in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Trinetix is looking for an experienced SQL Developer with deep, practical expertise in MS SQL Server, with a focus on query optimization, performance tuning, and the design of efficient database schemas. A key part of this role is reviewing, analyzing, and improving existing SQL and schema structures in production OLTP systems, as well as building new schemas from scratch based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize slow SQL queries in MS SQL Server (joins, subqueries, window functions, etc.).
• Review and improve existing database schemas used in production systems.
• Design and build new database schemas from scratch, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Work with execution plans, indexes, statistics, and partitioning to enhance performance.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and issues in production OLTP systems using monitoring and profiling tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient SQL and schema use across the platform.
• Propose structural, architectural, and performance-oriented improvements.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server as a SQL Developer.
• Demonstrated practical experience in SQL query optimization in production environments.
• Strong skills in analyzing execution plans, designing indexing strategies, and tuning performance.
• Experience building new, production-ready database schemas from scratch.
• Solid knowledge of OLTP database design principles and best practices.
• Ability to present real examples of performance improvements or schema redesigns you have implemented.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL Server tools for performance monitoring (SQL Profiler, Extended Events, DMVs, etc.).

Solutions are delivered by several Product Teams focused on different domains - Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, Cart.

Current overriding priorities are new brands onboarding, re-architecture, database migrations, migration of microservices to a unified cloud-native solution without any disruption to business.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Database Administrator with experience of managing PostgreSQL in the cloud, who can help to tune performance of client platform:
- Quickly onboard to Customer's processes
- Performance tuning on request
- DBA work with Incident tickets
- Collaborate with other teams and client to find the best solutions

Mandatory Skills Description:

Must have: strong DBA experience, specifically with Azure and Postgres on Azure

• Readiness to work until 9.00 pm CET (no need to do overtimes);
• Strong DBA experience
• Experience of work with Azure
• Excellent skills in Postgres tuning with and without tools and plugins / extensions
• Strong experience managing PostgreSQL in Azure
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Queries, Joins, functions and procedures
• Networking, Infra components, Postgres settings and flags
• Monitoring tools and usage of analyzing workloads and query benchmark measurements for applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with Azure Management Instance and familiarity with ADF
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure database management (official proof or references are required)
• DevOps and GitHub
• Experience of work in distributed teams, with US customers
