ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a climate technology team operating a multi-tenant SaaS platform used by carbon registries and project developers. Correctness matters here in a way it does not in most products: the records our customers create are written to a public ledger and cannot be edited afterward.

You would own quality end to end. That means the automated test estate, hands-on manual and exploratory testing, and being the first technical responder when a customer reports something that does not look right.

It also means something we think is underrated: because you will know each feature better than anyone once you have tested it, you will be the one who documents it, demonstrates it, and walks customers through it. We do not think that work belongs to someone who has never exercised the feature.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the automated test estate: unit, API and end-to-end suites, and the CI pipelines that run them.
• Manual and exploratory testing, including release verification. Not everything worth catching can be automated, and we are not interested in a team that pretends otherwise.
• Regression strategy for a platform with a large surface area and frequent releases.
• Bug triage: reproduce, isolate, write the report a developer can act on without a second conversation.
• Feature documentation. Partner with the developer who built it, understand it properly, and write the documentation for it. You will have tested it, so you already know where users will get stuck.
• Demos of completed features, internally and to customers and partners.
• Front-line technical response and customer onboarding: reproduce what the customer reports, walk new customers through the platform, and answer the technical questions that come in.
• Test data strategy for a domain where realistic data is scarce and production data is sensitive.
• Performance and load testing, if that interests you. The foundation exists.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong in both automation and manual testing. This is the core requirement. Candidates who are excellent at one and absent in the other are not a fit for this role.
• 4+ years in QA, with ownership of a test suite rather than only executing someone else's.
• API testing depth: REST contracts, auth, error paths, and what to assert beyond a 200.
• End-to-end and UI automation with a modern framework. We use Playwright; Cypress or Selenium experience transfers.
• Unit and integration testing in a JavaScript or TypeScript codebase.
• CI/CD literacy: able to read a pipeline, work out why a job fails, and fix it. You will own the workflows that run your tests.
• Formal test design: boundary values, equivalence partitioning, decision tables. We want deliberate coverage, not intuition.
• Able to judge whether a test actually proves anything. A green suite that asserts nothing is worse than no suite, and we will ask you about this directly.
• Able to write clearly for a non-engineer. Feature documentation is part of this role, not an afterthought handed to someone else.
• Comfortable presenting. You will demo features to customers and partners, and onboard new users onto the platform.
• Comfortable talking to customers. You will sometimes be the first person a frustrated user reaches.
• Willing to sit with a developer and ask questions until you genuinely understand a feature, rather than testing it from the ticket description.
• English at B2 or above for written technical discussion and calls.

NICE TO HAVE

• Load and performance testing with k6, JMeter or similar
  Test data generation, including synthetic or AI-assisted approaches
  Kubernetes literacy, enough to read logs and understand where a service runs
  MongoDB
  Exposure to blockchain, carbon markets or regulated reporting. Optional, we will teach the domain.

WHAT YOU WOULD WORK ON FIRST

• Being specific, because it is more useful than a list of adjectives:
• Taking ownership of an existing test estate and deciding what to keep, repair or retire.
• Bringing a substantial body of generated test coverage under review and judging what genuinely earns its place.
• Establishing regression coverage for a part of the platform that is currently verified by hand.
• Building a test data approach for a domain where realistic data is genuinely hard to obtain.
• Documenting and demonstrating the features shipping in the next releases.
• If you have spent years asking for the authority to fix a test pipeline properly, this role is that authority.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for building and owning the company's automated quality strategy from the ground up. Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Development in Test (SDET).
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (or another modern browser automation framework).
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as k6, Locust, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Experience working in regulated environments with validation documentation (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or GAMP 5).
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.

Senior Test Engineer needed to raise the quality bar across the products of a healthcare company that enables remote patient monitoring, clinical research, and personalized healthcare. You'll own the end-to-end test automation strategy for your product areas, build and scale reliable WebdriverIO suites across web, mobile, and API surfaces, and embed quality checks deep into CI/CD. In this role, you will

• Develop, maintain, and extend automated test suites (UI, API, E2E) using Playwright and TypeScript
• Ensure and improve regression coverage for existing and newly delivered features
• Maintain test automation framework stability, including refactoring and improving test reliability
• Investigate test failures, identify root causes across UI, API, data, and environment layers, and support debugging together with developers
• Participate in feature analysis and planning, helping define what should be automated and at what level (UI vs API vs integration)

It's all about you

• 1+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer with web
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Commercial experience with Playwright and solid understanding of UI test automation best practices
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation architecture using Page Object Model patterns and reusable test utilities
• Practical experience writing and maintaining API and E2E automated tests 
• Strong understanding of REST API principles: HTTP methods, status codes, headers, authentication, request/response validation
• Knowledge of SQL and practical experience with database validation in test scenarios
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution within the delivery process
• Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, test design techniques, and experience working with test documentation
• Understanding of core programming principles: OOP, SOLID, clean code practices
• Experience with Git and understanding of Git Flow / branching strategies
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify test coverage gaps, and choose the right level of automation for a feature
• Intermediate English level or above

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own quality across the platform and set the standard for how AI-native testing is done here. You'll write robust Playwright suites in TypeScript, orchestrate AI agents to produce test artifacts at scale, and define the evaluation strategy for our LLM-driven features. Beyond testing the platform itself, you'll use it to validate third-party applications — giving you a rare dual vantage point as both builder and power user.

As a senior member of the team, you'll do more than execute: you'll shape test strategy, raise the quality bar, mentor others, and influence how quality is engineered across the product. You should be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and turn ambiguous quality problems into clear, durable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own quality for the platform - define and drive the test strategy for the spec-driven development experience, end-to-end, from spec ingestion through generated output.
• Scale test creation with AI agents — build repeatable workflows using Claude Code, Skills, Agents, and Prompts to author, scaffold, and maintain test artifacts; establish patterns the rest of the team adopts.
• Architect API test suites - design reliable, well-structured, maintainable API automation.
• Architect UI automation - lead Playwright (TypeScript) end-to-end and component testing, including framework design and best practices.
• Direct exploratory and manual testing - cover what automation can't, and convert findings into durable automated coverage.
• Own pipelines and reporting - keep test pipelines fast, green, and trustworthy; define coverage strategy and produce reporting that leadership can act on.
• Define LLM evaluation - design and own evaluations of AI-generated output using structured evaluation frameworks, establishing what "correct" means for non-deterministic systems.
• Validate third-party apps with the platform — dogfood it against real external applications and feed insight back to the product team.
• Mentor and raise the bar - set standards, review others' test work, and grow the team's AI-native testing capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in QA automation/test engineering, with a track record of owning quality for complex products.
• Deep TypeScript and Playwright expertise (UI and API), including framework and architecture decisions.
• Strong test design fundamentals — clear cases, meaningful assertions, zero tolerance for flakiness, honest reporting.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI test pipelines, coverage strategy, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI agents in real workflows — and the judgment to know where they help and where they don't.
• Experience with LLM response evaluation and evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic outputs.
• Demonstrated autonomy, ownership, and the ability to mentor and influence beyond your own work.

We are looking for a Senior Automation Backend Engineer to join our team in Poland. This role is heavily focused on API testing (85%) with UI testing (15%) and requires strong expertise in Python and test automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks while ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy & Test Framework Development:

• Design and implement an automation testing strategy from scratch.
