Команда Digital channels R&D HUB

Це департамент, що забезпечує реалізацію AI проєктів, ініціатив та інтеграцію передових технологій в банк. 

Ми шукаємо Technical Project Manager, який посилить команду на AI та RnD проєктах і стане драйвером delivery-процесів.

Основні обов'язки

• Активна участь в верхньорівневій оцінці ініціатив, самостійне ведення повного життєвого циклу проєктів - від ініціації та планування до закриття та передачі в експлуатацію
• Одночасне ведення декількох проєктів різного рівня складності з чіткою пріоритезацією
• Робота з власниками процесів, керівниками напрямів та крос-функціональними командами. Структуровані статус-комунікації, проактивне інформування про ризики та вузькі місця
• Ефективна комунікація з вендорами рішень, для забезпечення ефективного процесу RnD 
• Ведення документації в Confluence, гігієна беклогу та спринтів у Jira, формування регулярних статус-звітів та дашбордів

• Застосування Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) або Hybrid підходів залежно від специфіки проєкту та занурення у Data/AI/tech-специфіку проєктів у процесі роботи (з підтримкою команди)

   

Основні вимоги

• 3+ роки на позиціях Project Manager / Delivery Manager одночасно у декількох технологічних проєктах середньої або високої складності
• Вміння гнучко поєднувати Agile, структурований Waterfall (для фінальної безшовної інтеграції сервісів у Core-системи Банку) та Hybrid-підходами на практичному рівні
• Досвід роботи з зовнішніми вендорами рішень в процесі RnD

• Впевнений досвід роботи з Jira (структура проєктів, спринти, звіти) та Confluence

   

Буде перевагою

• Розуміння етапів розробки інтелектуальних систем: збір та розмітка даних, навчання/Fine-tuning моделей, побудова RAG-архітектур та оркестрація мультиагентних систем
• Вміння прораховувати Tokenomics (вартість запитів до моделей, інфраструктурні витрати в AWS/GCP) та переводити технічну ефективність у бізнес-результат (Proof of Value)
• Знання архітектурних обмежень ШІ (ін'єкції промптів, витік даних, деградація моделей) та базове розуміння регуляторних вимог (EU AI Act, захист PII-даних у банківському секторі)
• Робота в продуктових компаніях, fintech, IT-інтеграторах тощо
• Здатність "читати" технічні задачі та комунікувати з розробниками без посередників
• Сертифікації: PSM, PMP, PRINCE2 або еквівалентні
• Робота в матричних структурах з багатьма стейкхолдерами
