We are looking for a strong Junior IT Recruiter who is ready to grow within a supportive and experienced recruitment team.
This role involves full-cycle recruitment, where you will take ownership of vacancies from sourcing to offer stage while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team.
You will work with technical and non-technical roles across international markets, using modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify and engage top talent.
Our recruitment team currently consists of two recruiters and a team lead, and we provide mentorship and support during onboarding and throughout your professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process
- Proactive cold sourcing and talent search via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and screenings
- Writing and posting job descriptions on different platforms
- Using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches
- Managing candidate pipelines in the Recruitment systems
- Working with technical and non-technical roles of different seniority levels
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- Experience working with international companies or global hiring environments
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of modern talent sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, X-ray search, and ATS/CRM systems
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Independence, responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in outstaffing or outsourcing companies will be considered a strong plus.
