As a Business Data Analyst at NBS Lviv, you’ll play a key role in analyzing the digital employee experience on a global scale. Your work will help identify patterns, uncover pain points, and guide strategic decisions - empowering teams to deliver world-class digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to gain a comprehensive view of the employee experience.
• Data Preparation: Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Behavioral Analysis: Examine user behaviors on digital platforms using tools like Power BI, Excel, WalkMe, Viva Advanced Insights, and HappySignals.
• Visualization & Communication: Create clear visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaboration: Work with Analytics, Data, and Integration teams for advanced analysis and visualization needs.
• Digital Transformation Analysis: Lead the analysis of digital transformation data, combining process performance with user feedback and sentiment.
• Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with the DEX team to define data strategies, build data repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• KPI Definition: Help define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate Experience Insights initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with IT and People Analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
   

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably within IT, analytics, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards (WalkMe, HappySignals, Viva Advanced Insights).
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and/or machine learning (nice to have).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Experience with data governance, compliance, and best practices

About the project:

The project is a specialized Market Data Management platform that acts as an intelligent layer between global financial data providers and the internal systems of banks and investment funds. It addresses a critical industry challenge: heavy dependence on vendor-specific data formats (such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv) and fragmented inbound data flows. The platform automatically aggregates, normalizes, and validates incoming data, creating a so-called “Golden Copy” — a single, reliable, and error-free source of truth for each financial instrument. Its key advantage is full vendor independence: thanks to a flexible GraphQL API and a modular architecture, clients can instantly switch data providers or add new data domains (for example, ESG metrics) without rebuilding internal infrastructure, significantly reducing operational costs and reporting risks.

About the role:

• As a Market Data Support Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and validating market and instrument data used by clients. You will work closely with Data Specialists, external data providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that data is correct, complete, and up to date. The role combines operational data maintenance, analytical thinking, and client-oriented support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured work and wants to deepen their understanding of financial markets and data flows.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (B2–C1 level), with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external providers
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Structured and methodical working style
• Ability to follow defined procedures and document work properly
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Genuine interest in financial markets and data

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of financial instruments such as shares, bonds, and funds
• Experience working with Excel or similar data tools
• Prior exposure to market or reference data environments
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial market and instrument data within internal systems, including companies, instruments, listings, and client universes
• Process corporate actions according to established procedures
• Ensure high data quality by performing regular checks and identifying inconsistencies or missing information
• Proactively inform Data Specialists about relevant data changes or anomalies
• Communicate with external data providers regarding data quality issues or questions
• Monitor news and events that may impact market or instrument data and register relevant changes in internal systems
• Investigate and resolve data-related incidents within agreed service levels
• Provide second-line support to clients regarding market and instrument data
• Support internal stakeholders such as Business Consultants, IT Managers, and Customer Service Consultants in meeting service level agreements
• Write, update, and maintain user manuals, internal documentation, and knowledge base materials
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and operational procedures

Career Path:

The role offers a clear growth trajectory, starting from a junior or trainee position toward independent responsibility for instrument and market data maintenance. From there, you can progress into data quality ownership roles and further into broader market data, analyst, or more technical positions within the data domain.

Проект забезпечує групу компаній Епіцентр (торговельна мережа ЕпіцентрК, ЕпіцентрАгро, Epicentr Ceramic Corporation, Epicentrk.ua, Маркетплейс Епіцентр) швидкою, точною та зручною аналітичною інформацією. В задачі проекту входить:

·         Побудова DWH, розробка ETL-процесів, API

·         Розробка та підтримка аналітичних кубів

·         Розробка та підтримка сервісу MDM

·         Розробка звітності з використанням Power BI

·         Розробка і підтримка системи звітності для зовнішніх контрагентів

Необхідні навички

·         Знання та навики використання JIRA+Confluence

·         Вміння побудови BPMN, UML та ERD діаграм

·         Розуміння Scrum, Agile

·         Розуміння та досвід роботи з БД корпоративного рівня, розуміння принципів побудови сховища даних та ETL-процесів

·         Знання T-SQL

·         Рівень володіння англійською мовою: Читання та розуміння технічної документації або вище.

 Обов'язки

·         Збір та формалізація вимог до аналітичних даних, їх структури та специфіки використання. Узгодження вимог з зацікавленими сторонами.

·         Збір, вивчення та структурування вимог для побудови DWH, моделювання DWH

·         Моделювання ETL-процесів

·         Розробка процесів та специфікацій обміну інформацією з використанням RabbitMQ, API

·         Постановка задачі розробникам і управління вимогами в Jira

·         Контроль реалізації вимог розробниками

·         Документування сервісів (DHW, ETL, DataQuality, OLAP, BI, сервіси ERP системи, пов’язані з аналітикою та прогнозуванням)

·         Збір інформації, опис та моделювання бізнес-процесів

·         Аналіз ефективності та розробка пропозицій з покращення процесів
