We are searching for a specialist for the position of System Administrator for our local IT helpdesk and support team.

Technology stack

Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux
Network Technologies: AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, Group Policies

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy hardware and software for new employees
• Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network issues
• Set up printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Monitor system performance and promptly address any disruptions
• Provide efficient technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and answering queries
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes
• Regularly update software, perform backups, and manage incidents
• Implement security measures and adhere to industry standards

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, and Group Policies
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Effective communication with internal customers and colleagues
• Initiative, ability to multitask, and desire to collaborate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware ESXi
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripts for task automation
• Experience managing Windows Servers
• Managing access rights and File Server service quotas
• Experience with Zabbix and Syslog
• CCNA, MCSA, or other relevant vendor certifications are highly valued

SnoopGame consists of 150+ employees and has an office in Ukraine. Our company is actively developing, so we are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for company employees;
• Selection, procurement, inventory, and configuration of equipment for new employees;
• Maintenance of company equipment, its logistics or control of logistics between employees;
• Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Participation in full-department equipment inventory;
• Working with corporate documents and spreadsheets;
• Administration and improvement of the company’s infrastructure;

Required Skills:

• 2–3 or more years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Intermediate knowledge of English;
• Experience in administering infrastructure based on Windows and Linux servers;
• Experience in technical support for devices on MacOS, iOS and Android;
• Experience with AD, RDP, RDS, DNS;
• Setting up and maintaining network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti);
• Setting up networks, VPN, monitoring and troubleshooting connection problems;
• Support for office infrastructure (LAN, CCTV, access control systems);
• Assembling and maintaining PCs, laptops, servers;
• Working with hosting and domain providers (DNS records);
• Support and administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Trello;
• Selection, purchase, inventory and configuration of equipment for new employees;
• Automation of tasks using scripts (Python and Apps Script).

 Ми шукаємо  Системного адміністратора в нашу продуктову тім Gsolution (створюємо CRM для  фінтеху й не тільки+телефонію) в Харкові.
 

Проектам  2 роки. В нас жодної бюрократії та мікроменеджменту (нас не більш 20)), ніякої ієрархії/сімейного типу команда. ПРОДУКТИ))))

Основні задачі:

- Підготовка та налаштування робочих станцій (Linux, Ubuntu, MacOS)
- Підтримка користувачів, обробка інцидентів
- Діагностика та усунення апаратних проблем
- Налаштування та моніторинг мережевого обладнання

Завдання, які на Вас чекають:

• Адміністрування, супроводження та технічна підтримка модуля фінмоніторингу системи SrBank;
• Аналіз бізнес-процесів банку у сфері фінмоніторингу та розробка технічних рішень для їх автоматизації;
• Розробка, тестування та впровадження SQL-запитів, звітів і скриптів для аналітики операцій клієнтів згідно вимог НБУ, Держфінмоніторингу, внутрішніх положень банку;
• Тісна взаємодія з підрозділом фінансового моніторингу для узгодження логіки контролів, звітів;
• Участь у проектах автоматизації нових вимог фінмоніторингу (згідно постанов НБУ/Держфінмоніторингу);
• Забезпечення цілісності, безпеки і актуальності даних фінмоніторингу;

• Виконання функцій підтримки користувачів SrBank у частині питань фінмоніторингу.

   

Ми шукаємо кандидата, який має:

• Знання принципів роботи банківських автоматизованих систем (особливо ОДБ SrBank або аналогічних);
• Знання фінансового моніторингу та регуляторні вимоги НБУ/Держфінмоніторингу. SQL (Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL), створення складних запитів, процедур, тригерів;
• Базові знання бізнес-процесів банку (платежі, клієнтські операції, валютний контроль);
• Навички: Оптимізація SQL-запитів, аналіз логів і регламентів SrBank, формування звітів. Співпраця з користувачами та розробниками;

• Компетенції: Системне мислення, уважність до деталей. Навички аналітики даних і логічного пошуку помилок. Вміння працювати у стислі терміни і з критичними задачами.
