JOB POSITION

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team. You will be at the core of our talented Web Apps teams and focus on building the most advanced and meaningful apps and workflows on the latest web technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As a Quality Assurance engineer, you will be involved in advancing our next-generation applications, focusing on a specific project vital to meeting our customer’s requirements. We seek our engineers who can demonstrate versatility, exhibit leadership traits and embrace enthusiasm for tackling novel challenges as we strive to advance technology.

What you’ll do:

- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements

- Conduct regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements

- Thoroughly investigate and document software defects, providing clear and detailed information to developers

- Actively participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives

- Work in all phases of the software development life-cycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment, monitoring and support)

- Collaborate and grow in a dynamic environment while working in small, agile and cross functional teams

- Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers

- Communicate and coordinate with our engineering team in Ukraine

- Meticulous approach to identifying and documenting issues is crucial. As a QA engineer, we expect you to have a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality in our applications

- Anticipate potential issues and address challenges proactively, contributing to the overall improvement of our software quality

- A strong foundation in various testing methodologies, including manual testing

- Continuous independent learning

We are looking for these skills/experience:

* Proven experience in manual testing methodologies

* Proficiency in testing web applications

* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle

* Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

* Experience in identifying and documenting software defects and inconsistencies

* Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working closely with cross-functional teams

* Relevant certifications are a plus
