We are looking for an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales efforts and help build a consistent B2B client pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Evaluating leads against our ICP and filtering relevant targets
- Crafting and sending personalized connection requests and messages
- Following up with prospects in a timely and structured way
- Scheduling intro calls and passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Managing lead statuses in Zoho CRM
- Weekly and monthly reporting on leadgen results
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as SDR/Leadgen
- Understanding of outbound B2B sales processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / PhantomBuster
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level)
- Experience creating high-converting outreach messages
