• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, test plans, and methodologies for the entire project (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys integrations).
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, providing clear status reports and metrics to stakeholders.

2. Test Design & Execution

• Design and oversee the creation of comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee the testing of complex MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce FSC and various systems, validating data integrity and flow.
• Ensure the quality of the contact center solution: testing call routing, IVR, screen pops, and data synchronization between Genesys and Salesforce.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks for both the Salesforce and MuleSoft layers to maximize efficiency and regression coverage.

3. Process Improvement & Tooling

• Identify and implement the right tools for test automation, performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and API testing (e.g., Postman).
• Establish a robust defect tracking and management process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven, hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, including both standard and custom functionalities.
• Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and a deep understanding of MuleSoft APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies, specifically testing of Genesys VoIT and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Apex Test Classes).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder).
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Experience with automated testing for MuleSoft APIs.

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of a mobile application. In this role, you will validate mobile app functionality across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable App Store / Google Play releases. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders, contributing to high-quality mobile solutions from early feature discussions to production release.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze requirements and designs from a mobile QA perspective
• Create and maintain checklists, test cases, and test reports
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing
• Test applications on real devices and emulators/simulators
• Validate OS version compatibility and device fragmentation scenarios
• Test push notifications, deep links, permissions, and app lifecycle behavior
• Verify background/foreground transitions, interruptions, and offline mode
• Perform network condition testing (Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G, unstable connections)
