The Opportunity

We are seeking a High-Caliber Retention Team Leader to lead, inspire, and manage our retention team. This is a high-impact role where you will drive team performance, implement retention strategies, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retention agents to achieve performance targets.

• Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitor team KPIs and provide performance feedback and training.

• Analyse client behaviour, track churn, and identify opportunities to improve retention.

• Collaborate with management to optimize processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services retention or sales teams.

• Strong track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving ambitious KPIs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to mentor and develop team members for long-term success.
