You are:

A professional with 1+ years of experience in website analytics and UX;

Knowledgeable of usability principles and techniques for UI design;

Able to use analytical tools for a website and to analyze customer behavior to build insights and recommendations;

Familiar with website ecosystem (Understanding basics of front-end optimization and Analytics would be an advantage);

Acquainted with Content Management System (can be WordPress, Joomla, Opencart etc., but Ideally Drupal)

Experienced user of project tracking-management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence experience etc.);

Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

A great collaborator and a team player.

With you we will:

Integrate Analytical services/tools and use them with focus on UX;

Communicate with brand managers, report and explain UX issues and problems related to the interface of the websites, present solutions;

Work with wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to support design decisions;

Support Web Content Team during integration recommendation in to the websites;

Meet deadlines and quality requirements

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated UI/UX designer to join our team in Lviv!
 

What You'll get to do:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and solve design problems
• Improve, support, and redesign existing product interfaces
• Design new features and interfaces from concept to final UI
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

What You need to know:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and human-centered design
• Ability to balance functionality and visual quality in interface design

• Confident working independently and managing your own design tasks
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, including trade-offs and alternatives

We’re looking for a Strong Junior — Middle UI/UX Designer with a strong visual style, solid UX fundamentals and a product mindset. Someone who can turn requirements into intuitive flows and polished interfaces for digital products, making sure they look great and work seamlessly.

You should be ready to work with both qualitative and quantitative data — from user interviews and usability tests to basic product analytics (supported by a lead).
