Your responsibilities:

— Collaborate with product managers and development teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.

You are:

— Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a middle-level role.
— Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
— Proficiency in industry-standard design, research & collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, Atlassian products, etc.).
— Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

What you will do:

• Design user flows for the web with a clear focus on conversion uplift.

• Collaborate closely with PM, engineers, and analysts to build and optimize funnels and align on iteration priorities.

• 6+ months of commercial experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.

• Ability to work with data and insights — interpret analytics, validate hypotheses, and iterate designs.
